Signatek is one of the leading Russian developers of professional equipment in the field of collection, distribution and processing of information for subjects of operational-search activities, as well as SORM solutions (ORM TS) for telecom operators and manufacturers of telecommunications equipment.
Signatek has been operating in the market for means of ensuring legal interception of information since 1993 and is one of the leading Russian developers of technical solutions in this area. The company specializes in the development and production of special technical means for carrying out operational and technical measures.
Signatek's customers include government agencies, telecom operators and telecommunications equipment manufacturers. The company performs development work according to both civil and military standards.
The company has its own production base located on the territory of the Novosibirsk Scientific Center. Signatek is a resident of the scientific and technological park of the Novosibirsk Academgorodok, is a member of the Association for Documentary Telecommunications and the non-profit partnership SibAkademSoft.

2018: Merger with Citadel Group of Companies
In September 2018, it became known that the Citadel group of companies, which is engaged, among other things, in the development of equipment for fulfilling the requirements of the Yarovaya Law, acquired its competitor, Signature, the Kommersant newspaper writes with reference to RIA Novosti. The value of the deal has not been reported.
By September 2018, Signatek is one of seven companies (along with the Citadel Group of Companies) approved by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications for the production of software and hardware data storage systems for the implementation of the so-called "Spring Law." It obliges data operators to store records of conversations, messages, images, videos and other user data for six months and provide them at the request of the security services, and from October 1 - all subscriber traffic for 30 days.[1]
2010: Featured in phone leak scandal
In 2010, Signatek became a participant in the scandal due to the leakage of telephone conversations of high-ranking officials of Kyrgyzstan, including Maxim Bakiev, the son of Kurmanbek Bakiev, the former president of the republic.
