The user can change the composition of the check unless a marked item is added or removed. When choosing a sales check, the payment amounts are filled in, while, if there is payment by a non-autonomous acquiring terminal, the maximum payment amount by card in the correction check cannot exceed the value of payment amount by card in the sales check. The payment amounts of the correction check are reset to zero at any change in the item list.

When the cash desk is registered for several taxation systems, the user is given the opportunity to select a taxation system to form a correction check. The column with VAT rate is visible only in case of OSN. When the user has made erroneous corrections and wants to cancel them, to restart they click on the "Cancel changes" button, if you cancel the creation of a check, click on the "x" check delete button.

When a correction check is punched, two checks are created: a receipt return, an identical sales check, and a receipt check with corrected data.

The ability to control the folding of lines with alcoholic beverages in the check is supported. A user with administrative rights can set the value in the settings form or in the interface of the Cash Location Setup Assistant, according to which when printing a check on the CCT, the lines with the marked item will be collapsed. In this case, the display of such lines in the cashier's workplace interface (as part of the cart) is kept line-by-line.

The possibilities of creating fiscal checks at CCT have been expanded by using check templates. You can generate sales and return checks using user-defined templates. Check templates allow a user with administrative rights to supplement the text of the displayed check according to business tasks by adding additional fields or text. The configuration allows you to specify separate check templates - for the sales document and for the return document. The list of check templates is available to the user with administrative rights in the next section of the command interface "NSI - > Tools - > Check Templates." To save time for the user to develop a template, basic and advanced check templates are built into the configuration. Based on them, the user can create their own variants of check templates.

The user has the ability to load templates for subsequent editing, supplement the composition of template fields with available fields and display the result for preview. The template layout edit form is available when you click the Edit Layout button in the template element form. You can download a basic or advanced template, import or export a check template. These commands are available from the Template drop-down menu.

The width of the template is determined from the cash register settings. If the CPM is not connected and the tape width has not been set before, the field is set to a default value of 32. The check selection is available in the Document field. Updating the preview after saving changes in the layout is carried out by clicking on the "Update example" button.

A user with administrative rights specifies check templates in the workplace settings: in the general settings form or in the interface of the cashier's workplace settings assistant.

Import and export sales maintenance settings. A user with administrative rights has the ability to transfer cashier's workplace settings (import/export) through an XML file. These settings include the values ​ ​ located on the General Settings, Hotkeys, Loyalty Service, Quick Items tabs of the cashier's workplace settings form.

The settings are transferred by clicking on one of the items of the drop-down menu "Upload/load settings." If there is no item or characteristic in the Quick Items list in the configuration in which the user loads the settings, these lines will not be loaded. The items are searched by a unique ID.

Sales restriction functionality is supported. Added functionality due to legal restrictions on sales with the ability to disable and detail restrictions. The usage of sales restrictions is determined by the value of the corresponding setting in the settings form or the Workplace Setup Assistant interface on the settings page.

Restrictions are checked both when the item is initially added to the purchase list, and when a sale is made against a previously deferred check.

When you first select or scan an item with an age limit in the check, the page asking about the age of the buyer overlaps the entire RMC interface and blocks the execution of the code during the scan event. If you click No 18, the previous page is restored, the item is not added to the cart, but the next time you try to add such an item, the question is asked again.

Sales ban data can be added to the configuration in one of two ways: interactively or from a loyalty service. By default, interactive entry of calendar constraint data is allowed. If there is a connected loyalty service, this capability is determined by the value of the characteristic loaded from the service. It is possible to get these calendar prohibitions when you have configured a connection to the loyalty service. If online editing is not allowed, constraint data can only be obtained from outside.

Sales prohibitions apply across the item type and accounting features, allowing you to flexibly set up a set of sales restrictions. The list of prohibitions is available to the user with a set of administrative rights from the NSI - > Service - > Sales Prohibition Conditions command interface or from the workplace setup assistant interface, on the RMK settings page, in the section "Features of selling goods." The list of prohibitions contains selections on the specifics of accounting and the type of nomenclature. The list of item types in the selection field is determined taking into account the value of the feature of accounting for the item loaded into the configuration.

Sales bans can intersect in a time interval. In this case, the restriction will be in effect, the start date of which will be closer to the validity check date. Example: On the calendar - May 9th. There is a ban on sales for the whole day - May 9 and an indefinite night ban on sales. The priority will be the ban, the start date, the actions of which are closer to the day on which the sale is carried out. The sales ban data is updated when you open the cashier interface and punch, delete the check.
