PC App and Cloud App Release "1C: Cash Desk" 4.0.3
On September 30, 2022, 1C announced the release of an updated release of the PC application and the 1C: Cash Desk cloud application 4.0.3.
According to the company, in the updated release it became possible to create goods with characteristics (sizes, colors, etc.). It was possible to sell such goods before, but to start only in the "older" configuration. Now you can create a product with characteristics directly in "1C: Cash desk." And in order not to enter the entire dimension grid for the new shoe model every time, you can copy the already entered characteristics from another product. In the list of products, there is a choice of display options - characteristics as individual products, or in general.
In "1C: Kassa" a role appeared - "Manager." A user with such a set of rights has full access to the program, with the exception of settings and specific administrative functions.
And for any employee with Cashier rights, you can separately allow or prohibit the ability to delete a check or line, apply manual discounts, issue returns and work with the SBP without confirmation from the payment system.
Other additional features:
- If you use "reference" balance accounting, you can create write-off, capitalization, transfer, and inventory documents for transfer to the "senior" program.
- Services can be sold in instalments. For example, if a hasty client managed to cut only half a head.

Release of Internet service and application for PC "1C: Cash" 4.0.2
On July 6, 2022, 1C announced the release of the PC application and the 1C: Cash Desk cloud application 4.0.2.
According to the company, 1C: Kassa 4.0.2 implemented a ban on the sale of goods with zero or negative balances. If this option is enabled in the settings of the cashier's built-in workplace, then neither the cashier nor even the administrator will be able to sell such an item until he changes the settings.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, if a buyer finds a product with a price tag on the trading floor, they are not entitled to sell it to him. Now this option has appeared in the cashier's built-in workplace.
Since the developers have turned on control over the balances of goods when selling, then, of course, there is a need to see these remnants even when "1C: Cash" is synchronized with the "older" configuration. As of July 6, 2022, 1C: Kassa 4.0.2, such an opportunity was supported during an exchange with 1S:UNF. In the next synchronization, "1C: Cash" receives reference balances from the older configuration and independently updates them according to its documents (checks, invoices) until the next synchronization, when it receives more recent data. It is expected that in the next 1-2 months such an opportunity will appear when setting up an exchange not only with 1C: Small Business Management, but also with 1C: Retail 2.3. Regarding the "1S:UT" dates have not yet been announced.

Other additional features:

- To make the synchronization process with "older" configurations more convenient, they added a button to force such synchronization directly to the cashier's workplace.
- We changed the section "Information and Support," adding information useful to users there.
- We supported the exchange of data using the EnterpriseData protocol version 1.10 (thus, now "1C: Kassa" supports versions 1.6, 1.7, 1.8 and 1.10). Soon, this will allow you to upload not only retail sales reports to "senior" configurations, but also checks, as well as information about the status of orders.
Fixing errors and updating libraries:
- Fixed work with deferred checks. Now, when you close the shift, all pending checks are marked for deletion. When a pending check is returned to work, it ceases to be delayed.
- When uploading data to a file in EnterpriseData format, barcodes are now written (without synchronization with another program).
- If during synchronization, prices or barcodes for packages (which 1C: Cash does not support) will be transferred to 1C: Cash Desk, then a corresponding error will be recorded in the log, which will optimize the search for the reasons for the incorrect operation of the application.
- Fixed issue with loading amount and VAT rate on customer orders.
- Error KASSA-909. An informative error message was implemented when trying to add a product to the RMK basket that does not have the "On sale" sign set in its properties.
- Error KASSA-860. If the product in RMK has no price, then the cursor is now automatically placed in the "Price" field.
- Error 00-00457216. Fixed an error in calculating discounts when rounding cash payments in RMK is enabled.

Release "1C: Cash" 4.0.1 with integrated "1S:RMK"

- Reminders of the minimum age of the buyer for the respective merchandise groups.
- Settings for rounding the check amount on cash.

Withdrawal from circulation of marked products in "1C: Cash" 3.0.10
In 1C: Kassa, it is possible to withdraw marked products from circulation in the GIS MT "Honest Sign." A special section has appeared in the "Goods" menu, where you can create a corresponding document by scanning the marking codes and specifying the reason for the withdrawal of goods from circulation. After signing the document with a digital electronic signature, it will be sent to the MT GIS. The status of the document can be monitored in the 1C: Cash Desk interface.
This function is especially in demand when selling labeled dairy products for weight. The products received from the supplier are withdrawn from circulation in the "Fair Sign" indicating the reason "for the company's own needs," and then sold in the cashier's workplace as a regular weight product without the need to read the marking code.

According to current rules, in cash checks transferred to the Federal Tax Service, the units of measurement must comply with the "All-Russian Classifier of Units of Measurement" (OKEI). 1C supported this feature in this release, and also tried, where possible, to translate the units of measurement used into OKEI.
In cases where the unit of measure used is not automatically recognized (length in parrots, for example), you should manually find a match for it from the "All-Russian Classifier of Units of Measure." The presence of units of measure in the database that have not yet been assigned a code from the OKEI is displayed on the main screen as a yellow or red traffic light.

For cashiers and couriers, the Employees reference book has been created, available from the Organization and Employees settings section. On April 7, 2021, 1C announced the release of the PC application and the 1C: Cash Desk cloud application 3.0.4.
According to the company, 1C: Cash Desk has the opportunity to use the simplest cumulative and personal discounts. The customer ID is their phone number. The percentage discount on all items in the check grows along with the purchase history according to user-defined rules. You can also give the buyer a fixed permanent discount.
Discounts work only in the cashier's workplace built into 1C: Cash desk (in the cloud and local application, including semi-autonomous mode) and are not synchronized with loyalty systems in other 1C applications. You can start buyers even in the semi-autonomous mode of the cashier's workplace.
When connecting to other 1C programs in the "older configuration" mode, discounts in 1C: Cash Desk will be disabled.
Checking the phone number by code from SMS will appear later, by the end of 2021, when the universal "1C: Cashier's workplace" will be integrated into 1C: Kassa.
In "1C: Mobile cash desk" work with cumulative discounts from "1C: Cash desk" will appear in April-May 2021.
In the release, updated properties of the product appeared - the minimum price (below which the product under no circumstances can be sold in the cashier's built-in workplace, by default it is set equal to the purchase price), as well as the share price. Now it has become easier to assign a discount on an item or group of goods, and then it is easy to turn it off. The share price is transferred to all remotely connected cash desks (Evotors, etc.) instead of the sale price of the goods.
This entailed a slight refinement of the functionality of printing price tags - the usual price and share price are now printed in the 58x60 and 67x60 (2) templates.
In addition, they added the ability to work with the ShK scanner in the process of selecting products for printing price tags and labels, as well as a 30x20 label template with the product name.
The company revised the main reports - on sales and balances of goods. A link to them is now available directly from the home page. A "traffic light" appeared on the main page, which signals possible problems with the application, licenses, drivers or data synchronization. Green means everything is fine.
The patent taxation system can be chosen not only as an additional, but also as the only taxation system.

Release of Internet service and application for PC "1C: Cash" 3.0.2
On December 24, 2020, 1C announced the release of the 1C: Kassa application and Internet service 3.0.2. In release:

Users now have two modes - simple and strict.
In a simple version, as before, you can adjust the balances directly in the list of goods and even in the product card.
But if you enable the strict accounting regime, then the remnants of goods will be adjusted only by documents. The company added inventory, write-off, capitalization and movement documents. And besides, you can accept and send invoices and AMD, including with the use of EDO, issue the receipt of goods from counterparties and their return. Documents are synchronized with 1C: Accounting (provided that the goods are recorded in 1C: Cash Desk. Settings - Data Synchronization).
Reconciliation of marking codes with "Fair Sign," improvement of built-in EDM
When accepting the PDA, it is now possible not only to verify the actual codes of the marking of goods with what is indicated in the PDA, but also to request information on the status of the marking codes in the GIS MP ("Honest Sign"). This will reduce the likelihood of confusion and errors when working with a labeled product. A status query is also available for individual marking codes - if you want to check a specific code.
The interfaces for working with electronic document management have been simplified and a new, more understandable form of configuration has been made.
