History

2022: $19M Investment Investment

In early July 2022, Target Global, founded by Russians, invested in an AI platform to attract and retain Voyantis customers. The startup raised $19 million in seed funding.

In addition to Target Global, the deal included Square Peg, Schusterman Family Investments, Kaedan Capital, Stormbreaker, Jibe Venture, Two Lanterns and Operator Partners, as well as executives from Adobe, Shopify, Doordash, Tinder and Facebook. Voyantis' predictive growth platform helps businesses attract and retain customers by leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities. Through this platform, marketing and growth teams understand that they need to shift gear and move from actions based on naive models and assumptions to AI-based actions that use forecasts to support marketing profitability at scale from user engagement and remarketing, measurement, activation, to life cycle marketing. Leveraging the power and potential of AI technology, Voyantis' projected growth platform addresses this gap by enabling online companies to change the way customers are acquired and retained by focusing on those with the most value.

Voyantis Team

{{quote 'Communicating with hundreds of customers, we realized that it was necessary to move from decision-making based on spreadsheets and calculations to decision-making based on machine learning and forecasting. Another understanding is that forecasts alone are not enough, the ability to operate freely on their basis is equally important. That is why we have created a platform supporting both decision-making and action with zero R&D costs, "said Voyantis CEO and Co-Founder Ido Wiesenberg. }} Dramatic changes in the market, combined with their consequences, moved to the first and second quarters of 2022. As a result, public and private investors have become more focused on profitability, rather than driving growth at any cost. The company's technology applies machine learning to thousands of zero and primary data points owned by customers to predict each user's future propensity and lifetime value shortly after acquisition and throughout their journey.[1]
