How the LPR is undergoing digital transformation
At a meeting held on June 11, 2024 with the heads of relevant departments, First Deputy Prime Minister of the LPR Yuri Govtvin and Minister of Digital Development of the LPR Andrei Yershov discussed a strategy for digital transformations, confirming the importance of introducing modern technologies for the social development of the region.
According to Yuri Govtvin, digitalization is a key element of the LPR development strategy, especially in areas such as social security health care and education. He stressed that each region Russia has its own unique directions of digital transformation, and this process is extremely important for the LPR. In 2024, the LPR occupies low positions in the ranking of digital transformation among new regions of Russia, but this serves as an incentive for further progress.
Andrei Yershov noted that within the framework of the digital development strategy, the LPR Ministry of Digital Development has already introduced the work of state tablets and a feedback platform (PIC). These tools allow residents of municipalities to quickly receive answers to their questions without the need for personal presence and long expectations.
The feedback platform allows you to receive answers in a matter of hours, and both employees of the Ministry of Digital Development and specialists on the ground are involved in this process, "said the minister, whose words are quoted by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of the LPR. |
One of the priority areas of digital transformation in the LPR is import substitution and information security. As noted in the Ministry of Digital Development of the LPR in June 2024, in the near future, 17,825 automated workplaces with the Russian operating system will be installed at the departments and enterprises of the republic. This step is aimed at strengthening the technological independence of the region, the ministry added.[1]
