From the explanations to the balance sheet and financial accounting of Integriti Solutions, published in the database, FTS it follows that the vast majority of revenue in 2022 - more than 2.63 billion rubles - was brought to it by development services ON for its direct founder, Swiss Luxoft Global Operations GmbH. Back in March 2022, we recall, Luxoft announced that it condemns Russia's actions, supports Ukraine, and that it decided to leave the Russian market^[1]. Against this background, Luxoft transported part of its Russian programmers to other countries, and also sold part of its Russian assets: in particular, Luxfot Profeschenl LLC and ANO Luxfot Training Center moved to the structures of the IBS group.

As of April 2023, the founder of Integriti Solutions remains the same, and there is no talk of plans to liquidate the company in the explanations for its financial accounting.
