2025: Ex-Minister of Health of Khabarovsk Krai arrested

The Basmanny Court of Moscow decided to arrest the former Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory Yuri Boychenko on charges of embezzlement of budget funds when concluding state contracts for the supply of medical equipment. The investigation imposes on the ex-minister the theft of over ₽120 million on an especially large scale. The court decision was made on August 22, 2025. Read more here.

2024

New Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory appointed

At the end of October 2024, Stanislav Maltsev was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory. Previously, he is the position of deputy chief physician in the Kaluga Regional Clinical Hospital. Read more here

Appointment as head Natalia Martynenko

In mid-September 2024, the Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Dmitry Demeshin presented a new composition of the government. The regional Ministry of Health was headed by Natalya Martynenko. Read more here

In early December 2020, Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev appointed Yuri Boychenko as the new head of the regional Ministry of Health. Read more here.

Appointment of Yevgeny Nikonov to the post of Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory

On August 17, 2020, Alexander Vitko was dismissed from the post of Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory. He worked in this position for 13 years. Yevgeny Nikonov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Khabarovsk Territory for Social Affairs, has been appointed head of the regional Ministry of Health. He will combine two positions. Read more here.
