History

2023: Change in the composition of the founders

In August 2023, Aurora LLC withdrew from the founders of Rurik LLC. At the same time, a subsidiary of Rusatom Healthcare, Atommedtekhnolodzhi LLC, received an insignificant share in the authorized capital.

2022: Acquisition by Rosatom of a stake in Rurik LLC

In September 2022, Rusatom Healthcare (part of Rosatom State Corporation) joined the founders of Rurik LLC.

From December 16, 2022, the powers of the management organization Rurik Management LLC in relation to Rurik LLC were terminated.

2021: Change of ownership

In January 2021, the Swedish company Ruric AB left the founders, it was replaced by Aurora LLC (established in April 2020 by Gurinov Vadim Alexandrovich and Gurinova Galina Nikolaevna).

2020: Governing Body

In January 2020, Rurik LLC became the managing organization of Ruric LLC Rurik Management(also owned by Ruric AB).

2019: Purchase of RVC bio-fund stake in Accentur

On December 9, 2019, Infrafond RVC informed Zdrav.Expert that RVC Biofond sold its stake in the authorized capital of Interregional Center for Sterilization Technologies Accent LLC (hereinafter referred to as Accent) to the co-investor of the project - Rurik Group of Companies. At the time of the transaction, the share of the fund was 35%, the transaction is profitable for the fund, its details are not disclosed. 2018: Owner - Swedish Ruric AB

In December 2018, the Swedish company Ruric AB became the founder of Rurik LLC.
