Severstal-Gonvarri-Kaluga

The SEVERSTAL-GONVARRI-KALUGA enterprise was founded in May, 2009. Official opening of the plant took place on July 13, 2010. The general investments into construction and a complete set of the plant made about 30 million euros. The number of workers at the enterprise is about 90 people. Thanks to support of founders of the enterprise and the leaders of area, construction of the plant and start of new technology equipment were performed in the shortest possible time. Founders of the enterprise are one of the largest international companies in the field of metal production and metal working.

The Gonvarri Steel Industries company is the Spanish international company which exists already more half a century and is engaged in metal rolling processing. Gonvarri Steel Industries and Gestamp Automocion are a part of international concern and make a full stroke of metal components for the automobile sector. More than 20 enterprises in 18 countries of the world are a part of Gonvarri Steel Industries company.

Clients are large international corporations. The purpose of the enterprise is ensuring requirements of automotive and electrotechnical, mechanical engineering industry. Acting as a link between the producer of metal rolling and the end consumer, we are capable to render all range of services on longitudinal and cross dissolution of metal rolling, cutting of procurements for further processing of metal. All production operations are executed on the high-quality, modern equipment of FAGOR company which is capable to provide the highest quality of products. Acceptance and shipment of metal rolling can be performed both automobile, and by rail. The main objectives of our company are providing service to the client of the maximum level and timely ensuring his production requirements with products of the highest quality. The design capacity of the enterprise for processing is 170 thousand tons of metal rolling a year.
