The state transferred the "Ural Plant of Auto-Textile Products" to NAMI

The decision to transfer these assets to state revenue was made in December 2023 by the Volga City Court. The Russian Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit demanding the seizure of assets from owners who, according to the court, were associated with extremist activities. During the trial, it was established that the shares belonged to Ukrainian entrepreneurs Konstantin Efimenko and Elizaveta Andreeva, who were recognized as members of the extremist association.

UralATI is one of the leading enterprises in Russia specializing in the production of friction products, heat insulation and heat resistant materials. The plant's products are in demand in various industries, including railway engineering, automotive, metallurgy, chemistry and power. The plant also owns stakes in several subsidiaries located in various regions of Russia.

Subordinate To the Ministry of Industry and Trade FSUE NAMI is actively consolidating the assets of the automotive industry in Russia. After a number of foreign manufacturers left the country, NAMI became a key player in the creation and development of domestic automotive projects, including the production of a luxury car. Aurus[1]
