2020: Enyaq electrocrossover presentation
At the beginning of September, 2020 the presentation of the first electric crossover in a model range of Skoda took place. Innovation hereinafter is referred to as Enyaq.
The basic version of the machine received the 148 horsepowers electric motor. Without recharge the car can pass 340 km on the cycle WLTP. Also Enyaq received the version with 179-strong installation with course stocks in 390 kilometers. Modification of Enyaq 80 iV on one charging is capable to overcome more than 500 km and is completed with the 204 horsepowers electric motor.
In salon the 13-inch touch tablet of a multimedia system with function of recognition of gestures and voice commands (the assistant to Laura is responsible for them) is installed and also the digital meter panel with a diagonal of 5.3 inches – is less, than at the majority of normal crossovers of the same class.
Length of model is 4648 mm, width — 1877 mm, height — 1618 mm. Wheel base — 2765 mm. The volume of a luggage carrier reaches 585 l.
On Enyaq there are matrix LED headlights, the projected display with function of augmented reality, up to nine safety cushions. Among the systems of active security – the assistant to turn on the left through a counter flow (itself will slow down in the presence of the approaching machine) and a danger warning of opening of a door if sensors fix approach behind the machine, the cyclist or the motorcyclist.
Serial production of Skoda Enyaq will begin until the end of 2020. Requests for its acquisition will begin to host the Czech motor shows since September 3, 2020. In the Czech Republic the basic model will cost 1,059,900 kroner (about €40 thousand.
Receipt electric vehicles on the markets of the European Union countries is expected at the beginning of 2021. Then the machine will be offered motorists out of the EU. The greatest demand is predicted in Germany. Terms of emergence of innovation in Russia by the beginning of September of the 2020th are not called.[1]
