MODULO C68E – one of versions of the electrobus of a process line of the NTsK and Evopro Group joint venture which includes models with a capacity from 40 to 90 passengers with a length of body from 6.5 to 9.5 meters. Their uniqueness – in use of a self-supported modular composite fiberglass body which serial production conducts NTsK.
"A know-how of buses of JV NTsK-Evopro – a modular body from polymeric composites. Thanks to technological and design solutions the weight of Modulo is 30% less than competitors. Small weight is not only considerable benefits in daily operation, but also decrease in load of the suspender and a roadbed. It is obvious that the resistance of composites to corrosion and adaptation to climatic conditions are relevant for the Russian realities. In turn, significant weight reduction and the number of the used batteries does the bus absolutely competitive at the price", – the CEO of NTsK LLC Stolyarov Mikhail told.
Application of composites allows to lose at the same time bus weight on several tons and to reduce its dimensions by 2-3 meters. It does the electrobus to more maneuverable, allowing it to go along routes which are unavailable to buses with a big radius of turn. Due to the most effective configuration the MODULO electrobuss accomodate more passengers in comparison with buses of the same length. By the end of 2017 successful approval of type of the vehicle and the organization of natural winter tests of other modification – Modulo C88 which with a length of 9.5 meters accomodates as much passengers, as 12-meter models electrobuss of producers – competitors is expected.
The range of the solutions NTsK-Evopro covers the main options of integration of electric public transport into infrastructure: these are electrobuss with night charging lasting 4 hours and a stock of the course over 200 km; machines with charging from trolleybus contact network; with charging using the pantograph.
Use of these solutions reduces the cost of development and development of infrastructure of a city transport network. All MODULO models can be equipped different versions of the power unit.
In MODULO electric motors and a management system of SIEMENS with a power of 160 kW are installed. Electrobuss are equipped with the equipment from the leading global and Russian manufacturers.
"Since 2016 tens of the MODULO electrobuss are integrated into a transport network of Budapest. The actual account data of operation of the C68E model under the TÜV (SORT2) protocol: 0.62 kvtch/km, and under the protocol of the Budapest Transport Company: 0.65-0.75 kvtch/km. It is one of the lowest power consumption indicators in the world at operation of electrobuss", – the representative of Evopro Holding noted Siraki Fell.
Use of the production site of NTsK in Russia in the long term will allow to reach the localization level of 75-80%. Warranty and service maintenance of electrobuss is performed by JV NTsK and Evopro Group.
In the fall of 2017 SUE Mosgortrans began tests on streets of Moscow of the Russia's first tselnokompozitny electrobus. The MODULO electrobus created by the Nanotechnology center of composites (NTsK, one of founders – Fund of infrastructure and educational programs) and the Hungarian holding Evopro Group can be seen on a route of sq.m of Philly already now – "The Kitay-gorod Subway.
