Cashback payment support for payments through the SBP
"Diasoft" supported the possibility of paying cashback when paying through the SBP. The company announced this on June 6, 2024.
In 2023, over 7 billion operations totaling 31 trillion rubles were completed through the Fast Payment System (FPS), a third of which fell on the IV quarter. Compared to 20222, the indicators have grown more than 2 times.
Experts called the lack of cashback when paying for purchases through the SBP one of the obstacles to even more active growth, since this type of transactions is equated to money transfers.
The innovations of the NSPK will eliminate this obstacle and make the payment process through the SBP even more profitable for its participants. According to the operational bulletin of the SBP of 29.09.2023, from April 1, 2024, SBP participants must support new scenarios for the payment and return of cashback using the SBP.
Diasoft supported these changes in the NWS OPCC Operations Coordinator software product, which is part of the NWS Interaction solution. This means that customers of banks using the Diasoft solution will almost instantly receive cashback when paying for purchases through the SBP.
In addition to the possibility of paying and returning the cashback, the following is supported in the product "OPCC Operations Coordinator of the SBP":
- transfers of funds between accounts in different banks (C2C);
- Payment for goods and services (C2B)
- return of funds to buyers or payments from companies to the client (B2C);
- payments to the state (C2G);
- interaction with the NWS application;
- NWS API for agents of trade and service enterprises;
- transfers of funds between accounts of legal entities in different banks (B2B);
- Dispute payments through the SBP (Dispute);
The solution "Interaction with the SBP" is part of the Digital Q.Payments development platform and is developed in a microservice architecture. This makes it easy to integrate it into any IT landscape of the bank to quickly organize information interaction with the SBP OPCC.

In accordance with the requirements of the regulator, all banks by April 1, 2024 must make B2B transfers through the Fast Payment System of the Bank of Russia (SBP). Add a Single Window Payment Investigation Product
Diasoft on July 28, 2023 announced that it had developed a product to investigate payments in one window mode.
The payment investigation is carried out if it was not possible to determine the recipient of the incoming payment, contradictions were found in the details, as well as if a request was received from a bank client or another credit institution.
In this case, the bank employee has to manually monitor requests and responses during the investigation process, which requires a lot of work. At the same time, there is no single workplace for correspondence on the investigation. The process is also complicated by the fact that data can be stored in different IT systems.
The product of the "Investigation" from the company "Diasoft" combines in a single information space the dossier of the investigation, information messages, as well as payment documents that are classified as unclear or require clarification of details after sending the payment. The data obtained during the investigation are automatically systematized. The user has a single workplace for correspondence on the investigation.
When a large number of payments fall into the accounts of unexplained amounts, then in the process of investigation it is difficult to navigate in such a quantity of information. It is necessary to find out which payments require answers, and on which they have already come. They also need to be processed. We have developed a product that accumulates in one place all the artifacts of the investigation, and thus greatly simplified this process, said Pavel Pogorelsky, head of the product department "Calculations and General Ledger," company "Diasoft."

Development of a solution for working with electronic signatures in the product "Electronic Archive"
Diasoft on December 19, 2022 announced the development of a solution for working with electronic signatures in the Electronic Archive product.
In accordance with the Instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U, banks can organize accounting and storage in electronic form of documents related to the execution of accounting, settlement and cash transactions.
The use of electronic archiving systems has a number of advantages over paper archives:
- Save time and money on creating and managing archives
- Easy and easy to catalog, search, and work with documents
- ensuring the safety of information, avoiding the risk of damage or loss of original documents.
When storing electronic documents, special attention should be paid to ensuring legal significance, authorship, authenticity and protection from changes.
To solve these problems, Diasoft offered customers an electronic archive with the ability to work with electronic signatures (EP).
A number of credit institutions, Diasoft clients, use the Electronic Archive software product, which is part of the Digital Q.Payments development platform, to store electronic documents and automate the creation of write-once disk storage units in accordance with Instruction No. 2346-U. Integration of the "Electronic Archive" with the "HSM Signature Module" SAT allows you to automate the process of centralized generation of electronic documents for electronic documents sent to the archive.
A distinctive feature of the HSM Signature Module SAT is its versatility and ease of embedding in any information systems where the use of EP is required. In particular, Diasoft specialists can offer several schemes for integrating the HSM Signature Module with the Electronic Archive. Integration options depend on the organization's IT landscape and will not require changes to existing business processes.
If in combination with the "Electronic Archive" the software product "Accounting for electronic signatures of documents of the day" from Diasoft is already used, then the integration of the products "Accounting for electronic signatures of documents of the day" and the open source documentation "HSM signature module" is possible. The centralized signing of electronic documents is carried out in the "Accounting of electronic signatures of documents of the day" through the open source documentation. In other cases, the HSM Signature Module SAT can be built into the IT landscape as an independent solution. The process of signing electronic documents is carried out directly in the open source documentation.
The SAR "HSM Signature Module" received a positive conclusion of the Federal Security Service of Russia No. 149/3/2/2487 of 2020 on the result of work on assessing the impact on the regular functioning of CIPF PAKM "CryptoPro HSM" version 2.0 and CIPF "CryptoPro CSP" version 5.0.
SPO "HSM Signature Module" ensures safe centralized use of electronic documents, legal significance of all signed electronic documents, protection of information in the archive against forgeries and distortions.
Support for C2G payments via NWS
Diasoft supported C2G payments through the SBP. The company announced this on December 14, 2022.
More and more Russians prefer a remote method of paying taxes, duties and other payments in favor of the state. As a rule, for this they use the portal or the mobile application "Public services": they pass authentication, fill out forms with a large number of fields, enter the details of a personal account or card. The payment status is not immediately known. C2G payments through the NWS based on information from the GIS GMP will make it easier to pay for public services. In 2023, the Bank of Russia will add such an opportunity to the SBP.
Diasoft has already supported this service in the product "OPCC SBP Operations Coordinator." Using the product, banks will be among the first to provide customers with an instant payment service to government agencies in a mobile application. The development of the customer service and the convenience of this scenario of payment for public services will increase the loyalty of the bank's customers.
We have no doubt that payment for public services through the SBP will be in demand in the same way as other types of instant payments. We have successfully tested the C2G payment service together with NSPK and are ready to offer our product to banks. We will help with its implementation, operation, passing test tests of interaction. SBP is actively developing, we guarantee a timely and "seamless" change of versions of our product, said Sergey Dobridnyuk, head of the product department "Calculations," company "Diasoft."

ISO 20022 Payment Messaging Announcement
On November 29, 2022, Diasoft announced that it would help banks switch to the current ISO 20022 payment messaging standard. From November 2022, banks should have the technical ability to receive messages from the Russian and foreign correspondents in the ISO 20022 format - a group of international transmission standards payment information that have been enshrined Bank of Russia as priority.

The ISO 20022 Payment Messaging software from Diasoft allows you to switch to this payment messaging standard. It works with messages of different formats and versions, automatically performing data conversion in accordance with CBPR + rules and other SWIFT standards, as well as rules adopted in banking groups and corporations.
