2021: Participation of "Citros" in the TAdviser conference "HR IT Day 2021"

At the October 20HR IT Day 2021 conference, Nadezhda Egorova, head of the direction at Citros LLC, will talk about the features and advantages of transferring personal files of the organization's employees to electronic personnel files.

The construction of a personnel electronic document management system is relevant for any organizations. One of the key blocks of such a system is the employee's digital personnel dossier, which allows:

  • optimize the work of personnel service specialists;
  • Build and manage effective employee engagement processes.

The main problems of paper personnel document management are:

  • Time-consuming process of interaction with employees in geographically distributed companies and with remote employees
  • opacity and slow pace of document coordination and processing processes;
  • decentralized processing and storage of documentation, which makes it difficult to quickly find information and can lead to the loss of documents;
  • the lack of a single, up-to-date electronic repository of documentation, which leads to the need to often refer to the paper original, and also greatly affects the search time and service life of the original.

The global solution to these problems is to translate employees' personal files into a "digital" and maintain electronic personnel records. The ready-made solution from the development company optimizes several business functions at once with the possibility of customization for the specific needs of the Customer, using proven technologies and within the specified time frame.
