2022: Attraction of RUB 310 mln of investments

The Russian developer of FIS (Financial Information Systems) business process automation software closed an investment round for 310 million rubles. The lead investor was the venture capital fund of the National Technology Initiative under the management of the investment company KamaFlow. A number of private investors also took part in the deal, FIS officials told TAdviser on November 7, 2022.

As specified in the company, the funds will be directed to international expansion in the regions of Central and Southeast Asia, the development of the client segment, as well as the creation and launch of the next generation of the company's main product - FIS Platform, which, according to FIS, will differ in higher performance and reduced development cost.

As of November 2022, the company is one of the key vendors in the intellectual no-code platform and BPM systems market and has already implemented more than 400 projects for large financial organizations and commercial enterprises Russia in and abroad - countries CIS in Southeast Asia (,).
