RoboCV

RoboCV develops a line of auto pilots using which it is possible to provide completely autonomous movement of different types of transport, including the warehouse equipment, career trucks and cars in the zones free from the general automobile traffic.

Main product of the company – the line of autopilot systems X-MOTION created based on technical sight, BINS sensors and GLONASS/GPS. The algorithms of map development of the environment and navigation developed by the company according to this card, recognitions of obstacles and creation of a trajectory of traffic allow a system to replace completely the driver in B2B-applications.

History

2012

Since April 12, 2012, the RoboCV LLC company (it Robosivi LLC) is a resident of a space cluster of the innovation center "Skolkovo".

2013

In October, 2013 LETA Capital announced investments into RoboCV LLC, the Russian developer of "an auto pilot for vehicles". The total amount of investments was $500,000. Means from investments will be aimed at the development of the existing auto pilots for the warehouse equipment and also at development of a pre-series sample for cars.

2015: The developer of transport RoboCV robots attracted 3 million dollars

In February, 2015 RoboCV announced closing of a new round of venture investments with a total amount of 3 million dollars. The lead acted as the investor fund under control of I2BF Global Ventures and VTB Capital the Investment management. Besides, the international players of the venture market – Columbus Nova, Almaz Capital and also earlier investing in LETA Capital company took part in the transaction.

Investments will be aimed at the further development and improvement of technologies of autopiloting of the warehouse loading equipment based on computer vision and start of pre-series production of an auto pilot of RoboCV X-Motion.
