Globus-Telecom: Virtual PBX

In December, 2014 Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company JSC Rostelecom) brought into commercial operation service Virtual PBX. This telephone service on VoIP technology allows the client to use wide functionality of office automatic telephone exchange through access to the Internet without acquisition of the special equipment.

The service has several advantages for subscribers. First of all, this lack of purchase costs, installation and service of office automatic telephone exchange. Besides, there are no restrictions on scaling, i.e. the number of external lines and extensions, if necessary, can be increased. Flexible configuration of management of telephone calls is performed via the web interface.

The packet of Virtual PBX supports a broad set of services for corporate clients: audioconference communication, voice mail, readdressing of telephone calls, sending facsimile messages through a personal web office, acceptance of facsimile messages on the e-mail address.

Except the listed services, the following features given to Virtual PBX are also attractive to clients: provide with full telephone communication jobs at offices without the essential financial investments in acquisition of own automatic telephone exchange, reduce costs on telephone communication between offices of the company, organize the simplified relocation of firm to other office and leave at the same time the former phone number of the operator.
