For February 20, 2017 automatic telephone exchange. Ringoline is technology for the organization of telephony at office. It is focused on the organizations where emphasis is put on communication and customer relations.

On February 20, 2017 the Ringoline company announced an exit of a software technology "automatic telephone exchange. Ringoline".

Integration of telephony and 1C will allow to automate routine transactions:

  • find the client's card with the history of relationship,
  • fill out the phone number,
  • create the document "phone call" in which the employee should fill a result of a conversation with the client,
  • make calls by a request from 1C,
  • receive statistics on all calls for creation of reports (all calls are conducted in MySQL base and to it access is provided),
  • add and delete extensions,
  • change players of lists of numbers (the list of the blocked numbers or numbers of VIP clients)

Functionality "automatic telephone exchange. Ringoline":

  • distribution of calls by employees using set before rules and on the basis of data in 1C,
  • the automatic direction of calls on the manager assigned to the client or managers,
  • the automatic direction on any logical chain.

The product is equipped with the intuitive interface.
