For March 23, 2017 FMC Mango Office is service of consolidation of the fixed and mobile communication.

On March 23, 2017 Mango Telecom and MegaFon companies announced partnership within rendering service of FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) - FMC Mango Office.

The technological solution FMC integrates the fixed and mobile communication, expanding possibilities of corporate mobile communication. The SIM card of MegaFon operator will have two numbers: federal from the mobile operator and the internal short number.

The user with the mobile phone can receive without restrictions calls via the virtual PBX and make calls in corporate office network by short numbers. At the same time he will be able to accept and make calls through a mobile network. At this stage connection of service to well legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The functionality of the Virtual PBX will be available to the user of FMC Mango Office service:

• information and analytical services,
• display of the extension of the employee,
• call recording,
• registration of calls to CRM
• other opportunities.

The service allows to integrate the employees working outside office into a telephone network and provides them office telephony during the business trips across Russia. Users can call colleagues directly by short numbers. All connections between the virtual PBX and the mobile phone are free. Outgoing calls from number are paid according to the operating corporate tariff plan.
