Entering the UAE market

For example, the comments identified by the owner when handing over the apartment will be recorded electronically in the Basic Keys system, then the developer's contractors will accept the created applications for work, and the owner will be able to monitor the progress of their implementation through the Ujin mobile application. Further, if warranty requests occur, the owner requests created in Ujin will be automatically transferred to the Basic Keys service.

The ZigBee standard has a slight advantage over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when used in smart homes. One of them is reduced power consumption, which is achieved due to a special "sleep" mode. The delay in transmitting the signal to the Bluetooth module is a few seconds against 30 milliseconds for the Zigbee module. In addition, the ZigBee module costs less to manufacturers than Wi-Fi.
