2020: Completion of development of the electric vehicle

On November 9, 2020 the Russian company Monarch announced completion of development of the bonus electric vehicle of the same name. The machine is ready for certification, the beginning of acceptance of preorders is planned for November 10, 2020. The prices start with a mark of 58 thousand dollars (about 4.4 million rubles). Start date of deliveries is not called.

According to the Autonews edition, the electric car it will be available in two versions — S200 and S400. The digital index designates the power of the power unit in kilowatts that 272 hp and 544 hp respectively are equivalent. The maximum stock of the course of model makes in 400 km. On the dimensions Monarch "does not concede Mercedes-Benz S-Class", the producer without indication of details in this respect claims.

In a machine design and also in a design of an interior aluminum, carbon fabrics, a tree, genuine leather and precious metals are used. In total within the project is going to assemble 30 machines, 10 of which will be "nominal".

Certification of cars will take place in two stages. At first permissions will be got for limited batch of machines, and then, after elimination of the revealed shortcomings, the company intends to receive the "main" certificate. Such approach — widespread universal practice, emphasize in the company.

The Novosibirsk entrepreneur and the main ideologist of the Monarch project Alexey Ponomarenko said earlier that without investments it will not be possible to implement the project. The businessman hoped to attract about 14.7 billion rubles till 2021, and total capitalization of the company, according to Ponomarenko, should reach 30 billion rubles.[1]
