2025: Appointment as head of Vasily Efimov

The head Yakutia Aysen Nikolaev appointed Vasily Efimov as head. Agreement with Rostelecom to develop IT and communications

PJSC Rostelecom and JSC Development Corporation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) signed an agreement on the intention of cooperation in order to develop information technologies and communications. The document was signed by Afanasy Savvin, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and Valery Ermakov, Senior Vice President for Corporate and State Segments of Rostelecom . Rostelecom announced this on September 3, 2021.

The parties plan to hold events, create joint commissions and working groups, as well as exchange information in order to introduce telecommunications and digital services during the implementation of investment projects of the corporation.

The development of any industry cannot be imagined without the introduction of digital technologies. • Formation and development of areas of advanced development.
  • Together with JSC KRDV"" and private partners, the Corporation manages the territories of advanced development in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and assists in the development of their residents.
