Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and power of the Novosibirsk Region

The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and power of the Novosibirsk Region (MZHKHiE NSO) is the regional executive body of state power of the Novosibirsk Region, carrying out state administration and regulatory legal and control (supervisory) regulation in the field of housing and communal services, solving problems in the field of fire safety, in the field of protecting the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from emergencies within the powers established by federal legislation and the legislation of the Novosibirsk region, as well as coordination and control over the activities of subordinate state institutions of the Novosibirsk region. The Ministry carries out state administration and regulatory legal regulation in the field of power, including an authorized body for conducting state policy in the field of energy saving and increasing energy efficiency, as well as coordinates measures to save energy and improve energy efficiency in the Novosibirsk region (Regulation on the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and power of the Novosibirsk Region, approved by Decree of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region of 20.10.2014 No. 415-p).
