Housing and Utilities Modernization Fund

The Housing and Utilities Modernization Fund is a non-profit organization created in February 2010.

History

2019

As of January 2019, it is a member of the Association of Regional Operators of Major Repairs of Apartment Buildings. The objectives of the fund include:

• The implementation of the functions of the regional operator of the overhaul of apartment buildings in the Novosibirsk region in accordance with the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Novosibirsk Region No. 360-OZ "On the organization of the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings located in the Novosibirsk region;
• Participation in the implementation of measures of state programs of the Novosibirsk region aimed at improving energy efficiency and the level of reliability of communal infrastructure systems of municipalities of the Novosibirsk region.
