2025: Satisfaction of a claim for ₽38 million against Seventh Concession Company LLC due to a failure in the construction of 7 clinics for ₽15 billion

In June 2025, the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Health of the region against Seventh Concession Company LLC, which is part of the VIS group, in the case of violation of the construction time of seven clinics in the amount of over ₽15 billion. As part of the decision, the court decided to recover a penalty of ₽38,2 million from the defendant. The project is being implemented under a concession agreement, but the contractor made deviations from the established deadlines, which became the basis for the trial. Read more here
