Administration of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region

The Administration of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region is a state body of the Novosibirsk Region, formed to ensure the activities of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, to organize control over the implementation of decisions made by the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region.

Tasks The Administration of the Governor and the Government

According to the Regulation approved by the Decree of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region of 15.12.2014 No. 205, the main tasks of the administration are:

• ensuring the implementation of the powers of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region entrusted to them by federal legislation and the legislation of the Novosibirsk Region;
• ensuring timely execution of legal acts and instructions of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the First Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region;
• ensuring the activities of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region on the formation and implementation of personnel policy, the development of the state civil service of the Novosibirsk Region, the municipal service in the Novosibirsk Region, countering corruption, improving the effectiveness of the system of executive bodies of state power of the Novosibirsk Region;
• organizational, documentary, information and analytical support for the activities of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region;
• formation and implementation of the information policy of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region;
• ensuring the implementation of the powers of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region in the field of international relations and cross-border cooperation;
• assistance to the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region in resolving issues related to ensuring public safety, human and civil rights and freedoms, law and order in the Novosibirsk Region.
