Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region (Ministry of Economic Development of the NSO) is the regional executive body of state power of the Novosibirsk Region, performs the following functions:

• on to state management and regulatory regulation in the field of monitoring, analysis and forecasting of social economic processes, planning and assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of the regional executive bodies state power Novosibirsk ;
• on the socio-economic development of the Novosibirsk region;
• to improve the system of public administration;
• to improve the system of providing state and municipal services to the population and organizations on the basis of the subordinate state institution of the Novosibirsk Region "Multifunctional Center for Organizing the Provision of State and Municipal Services of the Novosibirsk Region";
• to create conditions for the development of investment activities and competition, the formation and implementation of a territorial policy that ensures sustainable integrated socio-economic development of the territories of the Novosibirsk region within the powers established by federal legislation and the legislation of the Novosibirsk region;
• on state support for the development of the tourism industry in the Novosibirsk region;
• in the field of assessing the regulatory impact of regulatory legal acts of the Novosibirsk region, as well as coordination and control over the activities of state institutions of the Novosibirsk region subordinate to the ministry.

History

2010: Transformation into the Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region was formed by transformation from the Department of Strategic Management and Planning of the Novosibirsk Region, in accordance with the Decree of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region of April 19, 2010 No. 130 "On the Structure of Executive Bodies of State Power of the Novosibirsk Region."

2008: Education of the Department of Strategic Management and Planning of the Novosibirsk Region

On the basis of the Decree of the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region of February 11, 2008 No. 40, in order to improve the development management system of the Novosibirsk Region, the Department of Strategic Management and Planning of the Novosibirsk Region was formed, which is transferred:

• functions of the Department of Economics and Planning of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region;
• functions of the committee on implementation of investment programs and projects;
• part of the powers of the Department of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship of the Novosibirsk Region.

2004: Creation of the Department of Economics and Planning of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region

On March 12, 2004, the Department of Economics and Planning of the regional administration was created, to which the functions of the Department of Economic Development and Industry were transferred.

2001: Establishment of the Department of Economic Development and Industry of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region dated January 5, 2001 No. 13, the Department of Economic Development and Industry of the Regional Administration was created, which is the successor of the Main Economic Administration of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region.

1998: Renamed the Main Economic Directorate of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region

In 1998, the Main Planning and Economic Directorate of the Novosibirsk Region Administration was renamed the Main Economic Directorate of the Novosibirsk Region Administration.

1995: Renamed the Main Planning and Economic Administration of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region

On May 10, 1995, the Committee on Economics was renamed the Main Planning and Economic Directorate of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region.

1991: Education of the Committee on Economics of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region

On November 27, 1991, in connection with the termination of the powers of the executive committee of the Novosibirsk Regional Council of People's Deputies, by a resolution of the head of the regional administration, GlavPEU is liquidated and by a resolution of the head of December 25, 1991 No. 61, a committee on economics of the administration of the Novosibirsk region is formed in order to develop and conduct a unified state economic policy in the region.

1988: Transformation into the Main Planning and Economic Department of the Novosibirsk Oblast Executive Committee

Based on the decision of the 6th session of the Novosibirsk Regional Council of September 29, 1988, the Planning Commission was transformed into the Main Planning and Economic Department of the Novosibirsk Regional Executive Committee.

1937: Renaming to Novosibirsk Regional Planning Commission

On October 17, 1937, in connection with the formation of the Novosibirsk Region, the West Siberian Regional Planning Commission was renamed the Novosibirsk Regional Planning Commission.

1927: West Siberian Regional Planning Commission

From 1927 to October 1937, the West Siberian Regional Planning Commission worked in Western Siberia.

1925: Creation of the Siberian Regional Planning Commission

On December 3, 1925, the Siberian Planning Commission was liquidated and the Siberian Regional Planning Commission was created.

1924: Reorganization of the Siberian Planning Commission

In July 1924, in order to improve the organization of planning of the national economy, the reorganization of the Siberian Planning Commission was carried out.

1922: Renaming to Siberian Planning Commission

In July 1922, Sibgosplan reorganized into the Siberian Planning Commission on the basis of a decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of June 8, 1922 and a resolution of the Presidium of the Sibrevkom of July 4, 1922.

1921: Abolition of the Statistical and Economic Department, beginning of the work of the Siberian State Planning Commission

On January 26, 1921, by a resolution of the Sibrevkom, the Statistical and Economic Department was abolished and on its basis, as part of the Sibrevkom, an economic department was established, which consisted of the following sub-departments:

• case management;
• Statistical and Economic Unit;
• production;
• consumption;
• transport.

This was followed by the decree of the Sibrevkom of June 1, 1921 "On the formation of the Siberian State Planning Commission (Sibgosplan)." In fact, the economic department of Sibrevkom ceased to exist and Sibgosplan began work on September 1, 1921.

1920: Establishment of the economic department of Sibrevkom and transformation into the statistical and economic department of Sibsovnarkhoz

By decree of the Sibrevkom of January 10, 1920, an economic department was created. The tasks of this department included:

• preparatory work of economic and statistical nature;
• development of economic issues;
• survey of various aspects of the economic life of the region;
• preparation of reports, considerations;
• selection of materials and literature to draw up an economic map of Siberia.

The created economic department duplicated the statistical department of Sibsovnarkhoz, therefore, on the basis of the decision of the Sibrevkom of October 27, 1920, by merging the economic department of Sibrevkom and the statistical department of Sibsovnarkhoz, the statistical and economic department of Sibsovnarkhoz was formed.
