Thanks to the MPSC, citizens are becoming more aware of the procedure and conditions for providing services, the methods and documents necessary for their implementation. Being a centralized place for receiving, registering and issuing documents to individuals and legal entities, GAU NSO "MPSC" makes it possible to facilitate interaction between the population and municipal bodies. Workflow automation has reduced waiting times through "electronic queuing" and reduced paperwork times.
