1C products and solutions based on the 1C platform began to enjoy increased demand in the Russian market even before the departure of foreign vendors in the spring of 2022. Due to the level of maturity and wide functionality, they are in demand both in commercial companies and in government agencies.
How this market segment is developing today, what place 1C solutions occupy and what difficulties customers face, TAdviser learned from 1C product integrators. The opinions and assessments of the survey participants formed the basis of our review.
According to the data, for IDC 2020, 1C in monetary terms occupied 39.2% of the Russian market for business automation software. At the same time, in quantitative terms, the company's share reached 85%. According to some estimates, until 2022, the Russian market for 1C systems could be about 200-400 billion rubles per year. Experts note that in the current conditions it could grow by another 10-20%. The assessment includes both licensing and software services for its implementation, configuration, training and support.
In 2022, in ruble equivalent, 1C revenue did not show growth, but this is more due to currency volatility, I believe that the partners who successfully entered the contracts for the transition from SAP to 1C showed revenue growth. For example, according to the results of 2022, in terms of 1C practice, we grew by almost 75%, - says Evgeny Nikitin, head of the corporate applications department at ICL Soft. |
The market for 1C-based solutions is in the billions, and in the near future it will only grow and expand. This can be traced both in the segment of commercial organizations and in the public sector, - comments Yulia Katkova, Deputy Head of the Department of Commercial Projects of the GANDALF brand. |
Vladimir Kotov, head of Division 1C of SoftBalance Group, agrees with this assessment. The expert notes that the exact size of the market is very difficult to assess due to the fact that more than 6,000 official partners are engaged in 1C products, as well as many companies for which this is a side business. In general, the annual total turnover may exceed 300 billion rubles, he believes.
For the first time, TAdviser collected a rating of the largest integrators of 1C solutions, ranked by revenue from the implementation services of such products. 21 companies took part in it. The leader by a noticeable margin was the First Beat, on the second line - the Borlas Group, the third position went to the IBS Group.

According to integrators, the 1C solutions market is now actively growing both quantitatively and qualitatively. The departure of Western vendors has become one of the catalysts for the introduction of 1C products at medium and large enterprises. A new examination from the departed companies is also pouring in - specialists with industry experience and understanding of processes come to the teams of Russian vendors and integrators. According to the results of the first two quarters of 2023, sales of 1C products and services increased, say participants in this market. But there are also difficulties.
Western solutions have formed some accounting and management standards, and they do not always coincide with what is in 1C systems. Therefore, when implementing them, it is necessary either to reorganize the work of the enterprise, or strongly invest in the processing of standard solutions. It is not yet clear what this will result in, mainly customer surveys are underway, and what will happen next in a year. Probably, somewhere something will change in work, something will change in programs. But this is a long work - for at least five years, - said Evgeny Gribkov, general director of the Razdolye Implementation Center. |
The leitmotif of most IT projects is import substitution. Large businesses and state corporations are switching from SAP and other Western ERP systems to the 1C platform. But if in 2022 demand was chaotic and sporadic, when companies needed to urgently import replace the IT landscape, then in 2023 it acquired a more conscious form.
Replacing Western products with Russian products has become an urgent need. The task of switching from SAP to 1C remains relevant, customer requests and our projects confirm this. But the ERP system is only part of the company's IT landscape. And the current situation does not motivate customers for additional investments. Most prefer to work on specific current tasks needed to support business continuity. There is no replacement for all products, but it is 70-80% realistic to build complex projects based on Russian solutions, "explains Konstantin Kutukov, Marketing Director of PROF-IT GROUP. |
Now the business is carefully planning IT project programs, selecting products and starting implementation. Most international companies that have actively used Western IT tools have already decided whether they remain in Russia or leave the market, and this clarity allows them to make a final decision on the transition to domestic software.
The demand for 1C among state-owned companies, military-industrial complex and agro-industrial complex enterprises remains at a consistently high level, since for them the provision of import independence is mandatory. But it is too early to give any final assessments to the market: ERP projects last from one year to one and a half years, and many companies have just moved from forming a project plan or launching MVP to fully implementing the target system. The second trend, which was observed in previous years, is the projects for the transition from "1S:UPP" to more modern "1C:ERP" and "1C:ERP Holding Management." From 2026, the vendor plans to remove the outdated system from support, and the closer the deadline, the more projects we will see, - notes Anton Kolosov, commercial director of the 1C department of KORUS Consulting. |
It should be borne in mind that such systems cannot be changed at once. The transition process takes from a year to three, often even more. This means that work in this area will have to be done for several more years, in particular, 1C has great potential, you can refine, develop and even build new systems that can replace foreign software, in particular SAP, - says Roman Kalashnikov, CEO of Phobusiness. |
The 1C market in Russia is fast-growing and even, I would say, overheated in some ways. However, there are also factors that slow it down. The number of implementations is increasing avalanche-like, so there are not enough qualified 1C specialists: analysts, architects, managers with experience in implementing large projects. Companies are actively investing in training and advanced training of 1C employees - those who do it now will benefit in the future, - said the Evgeny Smirnov managing partner of the system integrator. Navicon |
In addition, at the beginning of 2023, serious changes in fiscal legislation took place in Russia: the introduction of a single tax payment, adjustments for personal income tax, insurance premiums, VAT, etc. The business is increasingly conscious of accounting automation and prefers the introduction of 1C products, which are based on a deep understanding of Russian legislation and quickly adapt to changes.
In the medium term, the market will grow due to the upper segment of medium-sized businesses and large businesses, which will also be facilitated by import substitution factors in all sectors of the economy and in the field of IT.
Today, new industries are opening that require automation of processes, and the public sector is actively switching to Russian IT systems. And all this happens with the support of the state, including through the launch of project financing programs, - comments Alexander Pryamonosov, General Director, co-founder of the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT. |
Due to import substitution, the demand for IT services has increased. Major projects have begun in many sectors. We see that some state-owned enterprises are completely switching from Western solutions to Russian ones. These will be very large projects that require a large number of people with knowledge of 1C. In the middle and small businesses, there is no significant growth, it remains stable, "says Vladimir Malakh, Managing Partner of the FTO. |
The surveyed experts believe that in the coming years the market for 1C solutions will begin to expand due to the range of tasks being solved. The drivers of growth will continue to be import substitution of software, as well as the increasing penetration of automation into the business processes of companies.
Within three years, all major migration projects will be completed and the market will adjust slightly. The demand for 1C development and support services will increase, since all implemented systems will need to be accompanied and developed.
Due to the change in the IT market, 1C is likely to go towards accelerated replacement of systems for automating operational production planning, design, and management of industrial plants. I am sure that in the very near future, with the conscious efforts of our IT community and state support, these niches will be actively engaged in high-quality and effective Russian solutions, - says Alexander Pryamonosov, CEO, co-founder of the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT. |
The sharp jump in interest in the transition from foreign systems has subsided somewhat, but will still continue. In addition, 1C has stepped up in terms of the release of new solutions and the development of functionality for the corporate market in order to support the needs of customers who have decided to transition, so we expect smooth growth over the horizon for 3-5 years, or even more. There is a forecast that the share of Russian IT solutions will grow in Russia until 2030 to 90%, respectively, 1C will also grow within this trend, - said Evgeny Nikitin, head of the corporate applications department at ICL Soft. |
According to Yevgeny Gribkov, General Director of the Razdolye Implementation Center, everything will depend on the general state of the country's economy. In addition, automation should be in demand: it is impossible to simply invest in a project and get a turnkey solution. It is necessary that the customer himself actively participate in its creation, and this happens when the enterprise develops and increases the requirements for information systems.
Whose market there will be - a client or integrator - time will tell. Companies can form competencies both within the team and outsource these tasks. In any case, the market volume for 1C support will grow, and teams capable of supporting solutions and providing a high level of SLA will be in demand, "said Anton Kolosov, Commercial Director of 1C Department of KORUS Consulting. |
Experts predict the expansion of 1C in all segments, the deep development of existing tools and the emergence of more industry solutions. Also, do not forget about the possibility of developing cloud products for various areas of business.
In addition, it is expected that the demand for the implementation and development of ERP systems on the 1C platform both from scratch and in the format of the transition from foreign systems will continue in the next 2-3 years.
Traditionally, financial automation products are most in demand, so the largest market shares are occupied by such solutions as:
- "1C:ERP Enterprise Management," "1C: Holding Management," "1C: Document Flow" and various industry systems for corporate customers;
- "1C: Entrepreneur," "1C: Our Enterprise Management" for small businesses;
- "1C: Trade Management," "1C: Retail 8" for retail;
- as well as the popular systems "1C: Payroll and HR Management," "1C: Accounting 8," which are used by most Russian companies.
1C software solutions for enterprise management, including functionality for organizing business processes of accounting, financial management and personnel, logistics, production, occupy a leading position in the domestic software market, - confirms Roman Kalashnikov, CEO of Phobusiness. |
According to market analysts, the share of 1C in the domestic ERP market in the next 1.5-2 years will reach 70-75%. 1C: Holding Management is indispensable for consolidating data from several different ERP systems, automating the activities of management companies and corporate finance. This segment will also include the product "1C:ERP. Managing a holding, "which combines advantages and ERP and CU. With its help, you can automate all three levels of management at the Enterprise segment enterprise: strategic, tactical and operational, - notes Elena Kundiy, head of the custom development department of BIA Technologies. |
Services for providing cloud access to SMB solutions through 1C: Fresh are also actively growing. Customers are also interested in the 1C:ERP module - 1C:MES Operational Production Management. Until March 2022, Russian industrial enterprises widely used Western MES systems. According to experts, the share of foreign systems was approximately 60-65%, and Russian developers occupied about 40%. After the departure of foreign players, the demand for domestic analogues increased, and the number of MES-class domestic software used is constantly growing.
1C is one of the leading software developers in Russia and occupies a leading position in many areas. 1C systems are widely used by large companies and small and medium-sized businesses. This is largely due to affordability and relatively low cost. The vendor offers a wide range of solutions, including project management, CRM, warehouse management, manufacturing, etc. Among the main areas where 1C is unambiguously in the lead, experts distinguish:
1. Enterprise Management (ERP) for various industries, including retail, construction, services, and others. 2. Accounting and Finance: Accounting and Tax Accounting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, Cash Management and other functions necessary for the efficient conduct of financial activities of companies. 3. Human Resources and Payroll: Tools to automate human resources management, payroll, time and attendance, HR analysis, and other aspects of HR. 4. Trade Management: Sales, Inventory, Purchases, Pricing and Other Retail and Wholesale Tools. 5. State and municipal organizations: systems of budget accounting, electronic document management, state procurement management, accounting for subsidies and other solutions that help automate and optimize the work of public sector organizations.
It is worth noting that thanks to deep integration with tax authorities, few people can compete in the Russian market with 1C. In addition, under 1C, a large number of specialized solutions are being developed to solve a specific business problem. Such a development is rarely available for other systems, - comments Roman Kalashnikov, CEO of Phobusiness. |
Also, 1C solutions are strong in agriculture and construction. Systems for managing vehicles and repairs are very popular. The functionality for production is actively developing in 1C solutions. Machine-building enterprises, in particular, are switching to them.
1C provides a huge range of accounting, tax and personnel accounting automation solutions that meet the requirements of Russian legislation and standards. And there is no equal in this company. But 1C solutions are also leaders in industry automation. 1C and franchisee companies develop specialized solutions for various industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, tourism, hospitality, etc. For example, in our portfolio you can distinguish such industry software products as BIT. BUILDING and BIT. Managing a medical center, "says Sergey Rusakov, head of the Central Office of the IT integrator" First Bit. " |
Experts predict that in the coming years 1C systems will develop in such areas as:
1. Data analytics and business intelligence. The development of analytical tools functionality, data visualization, machine learning and artificial intelligence may enable 1C solutions to become more competitive in this market segment.
On the basis of 1C, there are already 1C: Analytics and BITisnes-Analysis products, which are not yet market leaders. It takes time to create a mature, cutting-edge solution that fully meets customer needs. We expect that it is BI-solutions of 1C that can "shoot" and become the most attractive for Russian business in the coming years, - said Sergey Rusakov, head of the Central Office of the IT integrator "First Bit." |
1C is now actively working on solutions related to artificial intelligence and complex mathematical models. Until it goes mainstream, but I'm expecting a lot of interesting things. For example, forecasting sales on historical models or solutions for communications, such as an automated service desk, "says Evgeny Gribkov, General Director of the Razdolye Implementation Center. |
2. Internet of Things (IoT). Combining 1C solutions with IoT devices can automate the monitoring and management of various objects and processes, from farmland to smart home networks.
3. E-commerce. Improving the functionality of 1C solutions in the field of e-commerce, seamless integration with online platforms, improving the user experience.
4. Mobile applications. Development of more flexible and convenient solutions, integration with mobile platforms, mobile access to the functionality of 1C solutions.
5. Cloud technologies. Storage and processing of data in the cloud, integration with other cloud services.
6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Expansion of analytics functionality, automation of marketing and sales processes, integration with other systems and mobile access.
1C: Document flow, 1C:CRM are those solutions where there are interesting products, but they do not take a monopoly position, are not an industry standard. These segments have other products, and in CRM they compete with themselves, because the leader in the CRM market in Russia is 1C-Bitrix. Therefore, to some extent 1C:CRM it can be considered a competitor to another 1C solution. On document management, there are also quite a lot of offers on the market not on the basis of 1C. As well as there, the company is not yet a clear leader, - comments Vladimir Malakh, managing partner of FTO. |
7. Industrial automation, integration with production processes, MES systems.
In the near future, good dynamics is expected in these directions, it is a matter of time to catch up and overtake competitors.
Solutions 1C occupy a confident position in the CRM, SRM, EAM, HRM segments. It is worth paying attention to how 1C will be promoted in the market of LMS systems (training management systems), taking into account the need for mass training of users and specialists, - said Evgeny Filippov, an expert at the 1C development department of IBS. |
Systems of the Low-code BPMS class have prospects. They allow you to design those non-trivial business processes that go beyond the typical 1C automation, correctly integrate them with the basic functionality "1C: ERP," "1C: Holding Management." In addition, in order to provide a unified automation system and replace imported software, 1C:WMS Logistics systems are being actively implemented. Warehouse Management "and" 1C:Enterprise 8. TMS Logistics. Transportation Management. " These solutions allow you to manage the flow of goods, data, and finances associated with a product or service, from purchasing raw materials to delivering the product to its final destination. And also to realize the traceability of goods subject to mandatory labeling and integrate the latest technologies, for example, robotization of warehouse areas, - explains Elena Kundiy, head of the custom development department at BIA Technologies. |
We see that now the state is actively subsidizing the construction industry and the agro-industrial complex. Companies from these areas are actively working on digitalization strategies. The 1C line has solutions for these industries, and I want to believe that the demand for them will grow in the near future, - comments Kristina Gribovskaya, head of 1C practice at Axenix. |
Since foreign software suppliers leave the Russian market, 1C has few competitors and all of them still occupy a much smaller share than 1C. There are also specialized Russian solutions, for example, in accounting, logistics, personnel management, process organization, but they rather do not compete, but complement 1C and can often be integrated into its ecosystem.
There is a chance that local startups will appear that will be able to compete with 1C due to innovative approaches, the active use of the latest technologies and unique developments in the field of analytics and artificial intelligence, but this will take a significant time, - said Roman Kalashnikov, CEO of Phobusiness. |
Despite the given trend in import substitution, SAP remains a fairly noticeable competitor. However, the vast majority of companies see "1C:ERP" as a system that can partially or completely replace SAP if necessary.
Having competitors is good, as it forces the vendor to make improvements to the product all the time. But the pace of change, expansion and addition of new functionality in 1C solutions is currently high, so it cannot be said that the lack of strong competition will negatively affect their quality, "says Yulia Katkova, Deputy Head of the Commercial Projects Department of the GANDALF brand. |
Now there are quite a lot of niche players on the market with their solutions. Their plus is that they are very flexible and respond quickly to the demand of the market and business. It is important to note that some of the solutions are opaque in terms of their architecture, further development, support, - notes Kristina Gribovskaya, head of 1C practice at Axenix. |
1C today expands the standard functionality of products, fills them with a large number of standardized processes and best practices. According to experts, this is an absolutely correct approach, but it changes the very paradigm of implementing the solution and sometimes leads to a number of difficulties on projects.
The key risk is the lack of qualified 1C network partners to carry out a large volume of implementations. Due to the loading of experienced partners, there may be a tendency to turn to inexperienced ones, which means that the risks of unsuccessful implementations increase.
Franchisees who have been working with the vendor for a long time and are accustomed to significantly customizing solutions often begin to code even where it is not required. On the contrary, representative offices of international companies that used to use global platforms, but are now forced to migrate to domestic software, expect quick and seamless implementations. There is no "match" between clients and franchisees who specialize only in 1C. But among 1C partners there are more and more IT companies that have historically worked with global vendors - they have a good understanding of both the corporate culture and the management style of such customers, - comments Evgeny Smirnov, managing partner of the Navicon system integrator. |
Solutions of the ERP segment are quite difficult to implement, and the high qualification of the partner and his team is required, otherwise you can get a "bicycle" that will not go further. Therefore, customers wishing to implement such products need to carefully choose a contractor. After all, the purpose of automation is to invest money and their subsequent return on the development of the company, - says Yulia Katkova, deputy head of the commercial projects department of the GANDALF brand. |
Another key difficulty is the personnel deficit. Competition for specialists and wage growth seriously affect the market and hinder its growth.
The market lacks qualified programmers, analysts, consultants, project managers. As the demand for automation of business based on 1C software products is growing rapidly, more and more specialists are required with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience for a high-quality implementation of 1C systems. Already today, the demand for personnel of this level exceeds the supply. And there are no prerequisites that the problem will soon be resolved. Even if in 2023 young people go to study for 1C programmers, then they will become specialists at the middle level only by 2025-2027, - said Sergey Rusakov, head of the Central Office of the First Bit IT integrator. |
Many teams are engaged in large import substitution projects, so it can be difficult for companies to find free resources. The shortage of specialists naturally affects the cost of implementations.
Partners are under-staffed. Since in principle there are few people in the country, and there are even fewer narrow-profile personnel. If you look at the latest demographic data, we will see that such risks apply to all sectors of the economy, - said Vladimir Malakh, managing partner of the FTO. |
In addition to personnel hunger and competition within the 1C network, experts note:
- challenges in finding new customers;
- lack of trust among corporate customers in 1C systems;
- possible problems of integration of complex solutions;
- the problem of scaling solutions;
- Combat product technical debt to improve operational stability and ease of implementation
- Increased operational costs to support and support large volumes of customers.
The more complex the software products, the greater the risks associated with methodology and coding errors. The more complex the integrated solution being created, the more possible integration problems the system transferred to commercial operation may have, "comments Vladimir Kotov, Head of Division 1C of SoftBalance Group. |
Many holdings are trying today to repeat the Soviet story with template automation solutions - they are centralizing projects and trying to make a kind of universal product "for everyone." This approach has a plus - wholesale, of course, cheaper, but there is an obvious minus - brilliant organizers are needed to be able to agree on a common solution with all interested parties. And then you will need "iron" implementers who sell these universal solutions at all holding enterprises. Of course, there are examples of large template implementations of "1C:ERP" in holdings and 1C talks about this. But there are few of them, and how much this experience can be replicated is an open question, "says Evgeny Gribkov, General Director of the Razdolye Implementation Center. |
- Data transfer, including its conversion to a new format, adaptation to the 1C data structure, and other aspects. It is important to plan and organize the process properly to minimize loss or distortion of information. Migration needs to be launched as early as possible, since the risk of a sudden software shutdown remains until now, and the company needs to be ready to switch to backup software at any time.
- Implementation timeframe. It is necessary to implement solutions carefully and it takes time. In addition, quite a few processes within the enterprise are automated on foreign solutions, and switching them at one time to domestic software, or even leaving them unautomated while the most critical circuit is launched, can be problematic.
- The need for training and retraining of personnel and technical support. Employees should be familiar with the functionality and features of the new system, learn how to use it effectively in their work. It takes time and resources.
- Need to adapt business processes. 1C solutions have their own logic and specificity of work, so it is often necessary to revise and rearrange existing processes, implement new working procedures and rules.
- Integration with other systems. If the company already uses other products, it is necessary to ensure interaction with them, while maintaining the continuity of production processes during the transition.
- Functionality incompatibility. The capabilities of 1C and the previous system may not be the same, which will require changes in workflows and the development or purchase of additional modules.
- The need to quickly recruit specialists. As a rule, it is quickly possible to find only specialists with low cost and little experience.
- High utilization of qualified partners in the market, which does not allow paying attention to everyone who wants to migrate.
- Different principles of systems operation, both in the technical component and in the methodology.
- Users are not ready for changes due to the long life of the previous system. Often, after the implementation of a new platform, customers face staff dissatisfaction. Employees have been using SAP or Oracle for years, and now they need to adapt to new interfaces and functions. This is solved in an organizational way. It is worth paying attention to training, to conduct an internal PR campaign.
The problem that we regularly encounter is that customers do not understand the fundamental difference between their Western solution and 1C. The transition cannot be made instantly, but companies are not ready to pay for consulting services, the development of a methodology for building transition processes, and this also applies to large enterprises. But such training is necessary, - says Roman Kalashnikov, CEO of Phobusiness. |
Sometimes there are performance problems during migration, but the platform capabilities and new tools in this part of 1C are constantly expanding, and they are also being solved, it is simply necessary to give them special attention and connect competent experts in this area.
For many companies, the problem can become like the transition process itself, which requires resources and other competencies due to product change, as well as the implementation process, because often ERP systems are part of the IT infrastructure of companies, which employees get used to and their habits are difficult enough to change, - comments Daria Zubritskaya, Director of Marketing and Communications of the digital platform for organizing business trips and managing expenses "Rocket." |
In addition to the listed difficulties, customers often have "self-written code." Due to the large number of users, such systems may freeze and not open.
In this case, we use a monitoring tool that will show in a few minutes what is causing problems in the system. And then our specialists study the old client code and correct it, - explains Elena Kundiy, head of the custom development department at BIA Technologies. |
Another problem faced by companies moving to 1C from other solutions, especially foreign ones, is that their motivation is not related to the need to improve the quality of automation or the efficiency of business processes. They see the transition to 1C as a forced measure.
As a result, we are faced with the requirements for the implementation of a project on the 1C platform, similar to the previous legacy of the customer's system. This approach is irrational and generates risks associated with technological and methodological difficulties, - warns Alexander Pryamonosov, CEO, co-founder of the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT. |
The restrictions that industrial enterprises are experiencing today are caused by the departure of Western vendors, the need to provide service to the existing infrastructure in these conditions, as well as the increased demand for specialists in the field of Russian technologies and software. And they are overcome by the transition to Russian technologies and parallel imports. In cases where this is impossible, we recommend concluding service contracts with specialized integrators with expertise in the field of products of departed vendors, - notes Konstantin Kutukov, Marketing Director of PROF-IT GROUP. |
To ensure that migration is still as painless as possible, the expert advises starting with an audit, assessment of current risks, prioritization of the implemented solutions by their level of business criticality.
It is better to do this in conjunction with a technology partner to look at the full range of available solutions, taking into account industry specifics. Project experience plays a big role - together with experts, you can take into account already proven approaches, the need for resources and the timing of implementation. Work on the service model and in sprint mode will allow you to achieve results faster and adjust business plans, "Kutukov recommends. |
Among the key trends affecting the market, the surveyed experts name:
- Move to cloud. Cloud versions of 1C products provide a more flexible and affordable solution than traditional on-premises installations. They enable companies to avoid server acquisition and maintenance costs, simplify the software upgrade process, and enable remote access to data and applications.
- Development of mobile solutions.
- Integration with specialized systems, including third-party and open source solutions.
- Analytics and data mining. Companies need 1C systems to help them analyze and use data to make better decisions and strategies. In the context of 1C products, this can mean business analysis and reporting visualization capabilities.
- Enhanced functionality and horizontal integration. Companies can select only the modules and functions they need and integrate them with existing systems. This makes it possible to ensure uninterrupted and seamless various processes.
- Partner program development, including with extension developers.
- Integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Integration of information security solutions.
- Development of functionality present in Western solutions, but not yet available in 1C programs.
- Cooperation with regions, large companies and universities.
- Creation of competence centers for customers, development of corporate templates.
- Build the 1C ecosystem by integrating 1C itself with industry leaders and building joint ventures.
All these trends are aimed at improving user experience in order to reduce the time spent on training staff, as well as to ensure faster implementation and efficient use of systems.
Now we are seeing an active demand for solutions from 1C, both at the corporate level and at the regional level. Another trend is the expansion of interest in 1C-based industry systems. This is due to the fact that the main accounting tasks at enterprises are already more satisfied, and companies are interested in automating those accounting areas that they did not think about before, - comments Yulia Katkova, deputy head of the commercial projects department of the GANDALF brand. |
The implementation of projects dictated by BCP scenarios will smoothly develop into subsequent development projects: when companies solve the issues of automation of key operations, they will move to the tasks of expanding functionality and filling the IT landscape with additional solutions. Also relevant is an increase in the level and quality of automation, for example, the transition from "1S:UPP" to more modern vendor products, or the transformation of the IT landscape with the centralization of business functions and process optimization, - says Anton Kolosov, Commercial Director of 1C Department of KORUS Consulting. |
According to market participants, 1C will continue its expansion both in terms of the active development of the functionality of its solutions and the release of new products. Requirements for partners will be tightened to improve the quality of implementations. For small and medium-sized businesses, the development of the service approach will remain a key trend. For the corporate segment - the development and complexity of solutions. The number of industry products will grow.
The continued growth of the market was made possible by the emergence of new and improved solutions, as well as an increase in the share of information technology in various areas, including health and education.
1C solutions offer a wide range of functionality and automate multiple processes, simplify enterprise management, and improve efficiency.
Market prospects will be associated with the pace of digitalization in the country and the active use of information technologies in business processes. All this will affect the growth of demand for relevant products and services.
