Digitalization of transport: project of the year

Mining and Metallurgical Company Norilsk Nickel has completed a project to create a unified corporate environment for communications. Based on the eXpress solution, the Supernick mobile superapp was created. It made more than 40 digital services available to employees of the enterprise for communication, interaction, development and solving work problems.

For example, a virtual assistant can analyze the symptoms indicated by the user, select the necessary doctor and help make an appointment with him. Procurement automation is one of the conditions for the sustainability of business development in the digital world. The large-scale project is being implemented by the Roads and Bridges company based on the Processor service from iSource. For nine months, such processes as gathering needs, forming lots, conducting purchases have been fully automated, an electronic trading platform and a supplier portal have been introduced, where all potential suppliers can be accredited. In 2024, Roads and Bridges, in partnership with iSource, plans to replicate the solution into 15 branches and 4 assets. The reporting and end-to-end analytics module, as well as the quality management module, are expected to be implemented.

Cloud platform for digital transformation in the public sector

In addition to providing citizens with comfortable IT services, the state is closely engaged in the introduction of domestic information technologies. In order to unify and scale state information services, a single digital platform "Gostech" has been created. It is based on Sberbank technology. With the help of Gostekh, GIS of various departments and organizations are created: for example, compulsory medical insurance (MHIF), Federal Property Online (Federal Property Management Agency), Sport (Ministry of Sports). For Sberbank itself, the Gostech platform is the base for providing the country's largest financial organization with an import-independent technological stack. The solution created by Sberbank meets the highest standards in the field of security, reliability and performance.

Import substitution of VKS: project of the year

To strengthen its technological independence, Gazprom Neft was looking for a solution for effective communications. Previously used products of foreign vendors did not meet the requirements of the company, whose objects are located from the Arctic to the Middle East.

The scale and specifics of Gazprom Neft's work required the transition to a single solution capable of ensuring uninterrupted video conferencing, communications in the messenger, as well as offering employees convenient means of working together. Taking into account all the stated requirements, the Russian TrueConf Enterprise system was chosen to create a new VKS infrastructure. The project was implemented jointly with the Trukonf IT company.
