2024: Headhunter bought 82.2% of Dream Job

On January 23, 2024, it became known that the Russian Internet recruitment company HeadHunter increased its stake in the Dream Job project to 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% belongs to the founder and CEO of this platform, Boris Kurbatov.

Dream Job (Dream Job LLC) operates a service of the same name with employee feedback about employers. The venue is said to be committed to providing "the most credible, transparent and useful information for job seekers." At the same time, all reviews are anonymous, and user contact details are not transmitted to third parties. As of January 2024, more than 1.08 million reviews of almost 105 thousand companies were left on the portal.

HeadHunter has increased its stake in the Dream Job project to 82.2%

According to Interfax, HeadHunter first invested in Dream Job in May 2021, receiving 25% of the project for 60 million rubles. In May 2022, the Internet recruitment company brought its stake in Dream Job to 46.66%, additionally acquiring 21.66% for 100 million rubles. At that time, Boris Kurbatov (17.77%), Alexey Kurakov (17.82%) and Irina Bovsunovskaya (17.75%) were also co-owners of Dream Job LLC.

Since January 23, 2024, JSC IK Hadhunter has owned 35.57% of Dream Job LLC, and Hadhunter LLC - 46.66%. Kurakov and Bovsunovskaya completely left the project, selling their shares. There is no information on the amount of the transaction as of the specified date.

It is noted that the Dream Job portal operates within the framework of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the requirements governing the posting of information on the Internet. Therefore, it is not allowed to publish reviews containing profanity, obscene, disrespectful, vulgar and obscene vocabulary for the professional community. In addition, the publication of charges of violation of labor laws is prohibited.[1]
