History
2017: Merger with D + H and rebranding
In June 2017, the merger of Misys with DH Corporation (D + H), acquired in March 2017 by Vista Equity Partners for $3.6 billion, was completed. Upon completion of the merger, the combined company rebranded, as a result of which its name changed to[1]
2012: Merger with Turaz
In June 2012, Misys, after completing the acquisition by Vista Equity Partners, was merged with Turaz, a supplier of the Kondor + family of solutions, also owned by Vista Equity Partners[2] After merging, these two companies met all[3] requirements of customers from both the banking and trading segments of the business.
