2020: Creation of institute under the leadership of Katerina Tikhonova
On February 28, 2020 it became known of creation based on Lomonosov Moscow State University of Institute of perspective researches of problems of artificial intelligence and intelligent systems. It was headed by the CEO of National Intellectual Development fund (the founder – MSU works under the Innopraktika brand) Katerina Tikhonova, whom Bloomberg and Reuters called Vladimir Putin's daughter.
