MOLGA Consulting entered in top-4 the largest outsourcers of support of SAP solutions according to a ranking "Outsourcing of support of SAP solutions: the largest players in Russia" for 2016-2017 analytical center TAdviser.

According to the left TAdviser100 ranking: The largest IT companies in Russia 2018, the MOLGA Consulting company took the 85th place.

2017

MOLGA Consulting and Mirapolis, the Russian developer of solutions for automation of HR processes and human capital management, signed the partnership agreement. Having included solutions of Mirapolis company in the product portfolio, MOLGA Consulting complemented a line of solutions for talent management with one more product of a world class developed in Russia.

MOLGA Consulting provided to participants of SAP Forum 2017 interactive demonstration of a cloud solution of SuccessFactors.

On May 18, 2017 in Moscow there took place the business forum of a HR metrics and tools for the analysis of HR data, organized MOLGA Consulting.

On May 24, 2017 there was the next annual ranking of the largest consulting groups of Russia from the RAEX agency. The MOLGA Consulting company at the end of 2016 headed top-10 the largest companies in the field of Personnel management.

2016

In April, 2016 SELGROS Cash&Carry, SAP and MOLGA Consulting completed an implementation project of an automated system of personnel administration and calculation of the salaries in the Russian divisions of the largest international network of shopping centers. A system is developed based on the SAP solution ERP Human Capital Management (HCM SAP ERP).

In 2016 the number of employees "MOLGA Consulting reached 150 people. The company began to provide cloud services based on SAP SuccessFactors and data center of SAP.

SAP HCM of which more than 90% of clients and profit are the share remains a flagship product for the company.

MOLGA Consulting became the winner of the award "Crystal Pyramid — 2016" in the HR consultant of year nomination.

Auchan Retail Russia optimizes HR processes for 42,500 employees based on SAP HCM.

MOLGA Consulting surely holds the first positions in the rating of the largest consulting groups of Russia, to the made RAEX at the end of 2015. MOLGA Consulting saves the second position in top-15 the consulting companies in the field of personnel management and, in comparison with last year, MOLGA rose by a line above, having taken the 42nd place in the list of 150 largest Russian consulting groups.

SAP and MOLGA Consulting will develop the uniform centralized control system of personnel of one of the retail chain stores, largest in Russia, Auchan Retail Russia. The project will be implemented based on the SAP solution HCM.

2015

In January, 2015 MOLGA Consulting completed the project on creation of uniform personnel settlement center in Efes Rus brewery.

In April the Sberbank of Russia and MOLGA Consulting started implementation in bank of the information system "Personnel development".

In June Efes Rus together with MOLGA Consulting developed the program of motivation of personnel.

In July at the enterprises of Severstal company system implementation "Motivation of personnel", developed together with MOLGA Consulting is complete.

In September, 2015 MOLGA Consulting underwent audit on compliance to the SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) standards based on which became the owner of the status "Partner Center of Examination (PCoE)".

Same month MOLGA Consulting developed a new salary system for all Russian divisions of JTI (Japan Tobacco International) based on the software of SAP.

In December MOLGA Consulting took part in creation and start in operation of the new information management system by personnel for the organizations of a system Transneft.

2014

In September, 2014 MOLGA Consulting completed an implementation project of the automated electronic document management system based on OpenText for processing of the documents necessary for maintaining personal records of employees and payroll in Efes Rus company.

In October, 2014 MOLGA Consulting finished the project for the Russian division of Siemens. In this company with pomoshchtyu solutions based on SAP Travel Management process of management of business trips was optimized.

In November, 2014 MOLGA Consulting signed the partnership agreement with 1C Company, the largest Russian developer of computer programs in the field of automation of the enterprises.

2013

In March, 2013 MOLGA Consulting signed the partnership agreement with Success Factors, having received the status of the official partner of one of the leading world developers of cloud solutions for personnel management.

In April, 2013 MOLGA Consulting completed the project on implementation of an automated system of personnel records based on HCM SAP ERP in the Russian representative office of Renault.

In July, 2013 the company received the certificate of conformity of a quality management system to the commonly accepted standards - GOST ISO 9001-2011, GOST P ISO 14001-2007, GOST 12.0.230-2007.

In September, 2013 MOLGA Consulting completed the project on automation of planning process of staff costs based on HCM SAP ERP in the Russian hypermarkets of Globus network.

In October, 2013 MOLGA Consulting obtained accreditation of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and was entered in the register of the accredited organizations rendering services in the field of labor protection. 2012

At the beginning of 2012 MOLGA Consulting completed the project on development of a personnel management system based on HCM SAP ERP in retail division MegaFon - Megafon Retail companies. Harmonious work in SAP ERP of HCM of all branches "Megafon Retail" became a result of the project.

In February, 2012 the project on process automation of management of selection and personnel development based on HCM SAP ERP in the Foundry and rolling complex and the Moscow office of the United Metallurgical Company (UMC) is complete.

In March, 2012 the project on creation of a master personnel management system on the Leningrad NPP which opened the whole series of similar implementations on domestic nuclear power plants within the global Program of transformation of the information technologies (IT) of ROSATOM State Corporation is complete.

In September, 2012 at two enterprises of fuel company of Rosatom TVEL, AEHK and NZHK, the personnel management system based on HCM SAP ERP is implemented. Within the project management of organization structures and staff lists, personnel and time keeping, payroll, performance management of personnel and accounting of indicators of labor protection within personnel management were completely automated.

On October 4, 2012 at the XIII Summit of HR directors of Russia and the CIS MOLGA Consulting gained the diploma for a contribution to HR consulting development.

The MOLGA Consulting project on payroll and management of business trips based on HCM SAP ERP was estimated at MegaFon companies at the international level and became the best project among the CIS countries in category "Implementation Project of Large Scale" in the largest international contest of SAP Quality Awards 2012.

2011

Consultants of MOLGA Consulting received the country's first professional certificates of SAP according to the solution HCM Talent Management EhP5. In March, 2011 MOLGA Consulting implemented the project on creation of a personnel management system based on HCM SAP ERP on JSC Lebedyansky (PepsiCo), the modern industrial complex, largest in Russia and Eastern Europe, on production of natural juice. A system services more than 4500 employees of the company and is integrated with the HR system of Frito Lay company, division of PepsiCo in Russia on production of salty snack where over 1600 people are busy.

The project on development of a HR system of MegaFon company is complete. In a system payroll more, than for 20,000 employees of all branches of the company is conducted. Full process of management of business trips is also implemented.

Among new clients of the company: Kaluga research and production electric steelworks (KNPEMZ), "Megafon Retail", "Takata Petri Rus", "Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd", Sun InBev, etc.

2010

MOLGA Consulting implements the project on creation of the first in the Russian automotive industry Uniform Settlement Center (USC) on the platform SAP ERP for Rolf group – the importer and the seller of cars of foreign brands of century Russia.

In 2010 replication of a personnel management system on all management companies of Rosatom state corporation is made.

MOLGA Consulting and Nakisa company, software developer for talent management and an organization structure, declared agreement signature about partnership. The agreement is confirmation of professional qualification and experience of MOLGA Consulting in the market of personnel management systems based on SAP and does it by the first domestic company which implements, services and promotes these new products.

Among new clients of the company: United Metallurgical Company (UMC), CB Renaissance Capital, M.Video, etc.

2009

MOLGA Consulting signs the agreement with SAP corporation on accession to the SAP PartnerEdge program. The company acquires the status SAP Channel Partner and the right to independently sell licenses for SAP products.

The specialized solution of MOLGA Consulting is developed for the companies of medium business — "HCM Bystry start".

Competing with ten companies, MOLGA Consulting wins the tender for development of the HCM SAP ERP system in Eldorado — the largest retail network selling home appliances and electronics of Russia and Eastern Europe. Earlier at the central office and the Moscow region of network the MOLGA Consulting command implemented a "pilot" HRM system in which development process consultants of the company jointly with specialists of Eldorado created uniform methodology of payroll and also carried out reengineering of processes of interaction of HR and settlement departments of the retailer.

In 2009 cooperation of MOLGA Consulting with State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" began. The company developed a personnel management system for head office of State corporation.

Among new clients of the company in 2009: GM Avtovaz, Promsvyazbank, VTB 24 and others.

2008

Specialists of MOLGA Consulting develop own library of industry and specialized solutions for human resources management. It allows to reduce considerably risks at implementation and to accelerate return of project investments.

Work on one of the largest in Russia the project on creation uniform HRM- systems based on SAP ERP HCM is conducted for FGC UES. The project affects 8 regional settlement centers which cover more than 40 enterprises where over 20,000 employees are busy.

There begins the work the educational project "MOLGA Academy". For young specialists top managers and specialists of MOLGA Consulting carry out a 2-month cycle of practical seminars.

According to the results of the program the best trainees as assistants enter project teams of MOLGA Consulting.

2007

The first large project MOLGA Consulting. For SUEK holding a corporate HR system based on SAP ERP HCM is created. The solution covers 49 enterprises located on everything Russia where over 45,000 employees are busy.

In the company practice of business consultation which specializes in inspection and reengineering of personnel management processes is created.

Among clients of the company: TNK-BP Management, Russian representative offices of Siemens, SUBMiller, Mercedes-Benz and others.

In 2007 the company as the managing partner and the CEO was headed by Mikhail Panchenko directing before projects on creation of HRM systems (Human Recourses Management Systems) in consulting division of SAP CIS.

2006

MOLGA Consulting is founded in 2006 by group of the business consultants in the field of personnel management who were earlier working in SAP and other Russian and international consulting companies.

The same year the company confirms the professional examination in the field of management systems based on SAP solutions and receives the first official partner status of SAP corporation — SAP Service Partner.
