Alexander Sinelobov appointed Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod Region

In early June 2022, it became known about the appointment of Alexander Sinelobov as the new Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
