2024: Rigla bought the points of the Narodnaya Apteka chain
Rigla bought points of the St. Petersburg network Narodnaya Apteka. This deal became known in mid-March 2024. Under the terms of the agreement, 15 departments in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region were transferred to the buyer. Experts interviewed by Vedomosti estimate the deal at 70-80 million rubles.[1]
