According to the preliminary results of 2023, K-Sky, a Skolkovo resident (ВЭБ.РФ Group), equipped 28 constituent entities of the Russian Federation with the Webiomed platform, where, as of the end of the year, there is an active connection to the system, user training and implementation. As a result, the company became the leader in the number of connected regions among all suppliers of AI systems for healthcare. This was announced on December 25, 2023 by representatives of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

In addition, over the year, K-Sky entered into state contracts totaling more than 100 million rubles, and also analyzed over 33 million impersonal electronic medical cards of Russia, including more than 300 million medical records.

With the help of a service for processing unstructured medical documents based on NLP technologies, the platform extracted over 1.5 billion different signs and indicators characterizing the health of patients, on the basis of which patient risk profiles were created, personal forecasts of possible deterioration of health were formulated and recommendations were given to doctors and patients on prevention.

As of December 25, 2023, over 2 thousand medical organizations and about 50 thousand doctors received access to tools for predictive analytics and the automatic formation of a single digital patient profile using artificial intelligence technologies. More than 40 educational webinars were held for more than 2,400 doctors.

The key direction of the digital transformation of healthcare for December 2023 is the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and medical decision support systems (SPTD). Red OS Compatibility

On June 26, 2023, RED SOFTWARE announced that it had agreed on a technological partnership with K-Sky, within the framework of which it confirmed the compatibility of the platform for automatic analysis of medical data Webiomed with the operating system RED OS. The solution is designed to migrate the IT infrastructure of healthcare organizations to an import-independent software package.

As reported, Webiomed is a Russian predictive analytics platform for the healthcare sector. The solution is designed to automatically analyze medical data for the purpose of assessment of the risks of developing diseases and their complications at the personal and population level. The product is registered as a medical device, a certificate of compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) with ISO 13485: 2016, certified for compliance with the information security requirements for state information systems of the second (K2) security class and information systems of personal data of the 2nd security level (U32).

RED OS is a Russian operating system of the Linux family for servers and workstations, providing a universal environment for using application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia, which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in state information systems.

The products are registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases.

2022: Digital Algorithm Development Plan to Accelerate Physician Interpretation

AstraZeneca"" and the resident Skolkovo"" K-Skye"" will develop digital algorithms ones to speed up doctors' interpretation of symptoms and the results of studies of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The system of supporting medical decisions will help increase the detection of the disease and prevent the negative consequences of its progression. Obtaining the status of "Other Information System" and connecting to the Uniform State Health Information System

The predictive analytics platform based on machine learning Webiomed of K-Sky, a Skolkovo resident (ВЭБ.РФ group), received the status of "Other Information System" (IIS). Previously, the technology passed independent certification for information protection. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is vital to timely diagnosis and determine further medical actions: whether the patient needs hospitalization, whether he can be in a regular ward or needs resuscitation. To solve this important issue, about twenty patient health indicators are used, combined into several scales of pneumonia severity. Some scales use a small number of indicators and are less accurate, but easy to use, others contain more signs of severity of pneumonia, more accurate, but difficult to use. In practice, the doctor does not always have the opportunity to use a more suitable and accurate scale for determining the tactics of managing patients in pneumonia, not to mention the simultaneous use of several risk assessment methods at once.

To help doctors make decisions, the developers of Webiomed have combined the possibilities of using the most common methods in the world to assess the severity of this disease. On the one hand, the Webiomed system allows you to assess all the necessary indicators of pneumonia severity, on the other hand, those that are minimally needed to make a tactical decision. Integration with the Medarchiv platform

Integrated Medical Information Systems (K-MIS) and Amediko (creator of the Medarkhiv platform) on October 23, 2018 announced the signing of an agreement on cooperation and joint promotion of digital health projects. Within the framework of the agreement, integration of software products for automation of healthcare K-MIS and the Medarkhiv remote monitoring platform will be carried out. The capabilities and operating principle of Webiomed

Webiomed is a physician decision support system (SPDD) to identify risk factors and suspicions of various diseases in patients. The operation of the system is based on the automated assessment of a variety of health indicators, including the analysis of data from electronic medical records (EMR).

Webiomed services can be embedded in any medical information systems and software for healthcare, applications to support a healthy lifestyle, telemedicine, etc.

Thus, webiomed is designed to help reduce the number of deaths, advanced diseases or complications from them by identifying patients at the earliest possible stage of the disease.

Principle of operation

Artificial intelligence Webiomed helps doctors establish which of the healthy people is likely to develop certain diseases and their complications. To do this, the system uses depersonified data of the patient's electronic medical record and tries to identify signs of the development of various diseases in them. If risk factors are identified, the system generates an individual forecast of complications of the patient's health and assigns him an appropriate risk group. Based on this assessment, recommendations for examination and treatment tactics are formed for healthcare professionals and patients.

At its core, the work of the system consists in supporting the adoption of medical decisions at the stage of preventive work of the health care system. According to the developers of the system, such analysis and identification of groups of people with a potentially high risk of disease is very important for health care, since new interdependencies are found in the data, which can be used for preventive interventions and more verified prevention measures, including the use of the latest diagnostics and treatments.

Starting the Webiomed project

The project was launched in 2018 at the personal expense of its founders - Roman Novitsky and Alexander Gusev. About 20 million rubles were spent on the development of the first version of the product, its clinical trials and pilot testing.
