2024: A system for blocking expired goods at the checkout has been launched in Russia

From April 1, 2024, a mechanism for blocking expired goods at the checkout began to be introduced in Russia. It is built on the basis of the Honest Sign system.

According to RIA Novosti, the permit regime for the sale of labeled goods at the checkout, thanks to which it is prohibited to sell illegal and expired goods using the labeling system, started with 13 groups of goods subject to labeling: tobacco, beer, dairy products, water, antiseptics, dietary supplements, shoes, cameras, tires, clothing, perfumes, soft drinks and medical products.

Revaz Yusupov, deputy general director of the CRPT (operator of the Honest Sign marking system), spoke about the principle of operation of this mechanism. When the cashier scans the label code, the store's cash register software accesses the "Fair Sign" for product information. In the event of an expiration date or a ban on sale by regulatory authorities (or if the marking code is trying to sell again), information about the impossibility of such a sale will go to the cashier and the goods will not be sold.

According to Yusupov, the new technology is designed to protect consumers from purchasing products with violations. It will also become a new control tool in the context of a moratorium on inspections for the state.

Egor Zhavoronkov added that another implemented functionality is the analysis of weighted average drug prices, thanks to which Roszdravnadzor can control the availability of pharmaceuticals. According to him, analytics are automatically built no additional information to doctors or personnel when purchasing is not required. In addition, Roszdravnadzor can automatically monitor the real prices of drugs in pharmacies.

Processing of 1.56 billion electronic documents

The national marking system "Honest Sign" in 2022 processed 1.56 billion electronic documents. This is 40% more than in 2021 (1.12 billion). The CRPT announced this on December 29, 2022.

Identification of 19.8 million cases of sale of expired dairy products

Ability to obtain machine-readable power of attorney

To issue the MFD, you need to log in to the Honest Sign personal account, load the certificate of qualified electronic signature (KEP) of an individual who is given the authority to perform actions in the marking system on behalf of the principal. The MCD is then electronically signed by the director or PI. A machine-readable power of attorney is an analogue of a paper power of attorney that gives an employee the right to sign electronic documents on behalf of the organization. The main advantages of using the MFD are the absence of the need to provide paper power of attorney to counterparties. Detection of violations in the perfume industry for 636 million rubles

The operator of the Honest Sign labeling system on August 22, 2022 shared the results of a study of data on violations in the sale of perfume products in July. According to the system, companies selling perfume products committed 435 thousand violations, and the cost of such goods is equivalent to 636 million rubles. These may be products of unknown origin, invalid or incorrectly executed permits, violations identified during the sale of goods, as well as a number of other deviations from the current rules and mandatory requirements, - said Anton Gushchansky, director of control (supervisory) activities of the CRPT. - The system records attempts to put such goods into circulation in automatic mode, and data on violators immediately go to the control and supervisory authorities.

Also, "Honest Sign" began to record another category of violations - "turnover of goods in an inappropriate status." This means that data on the production, import or shipment of products to the first buyer were not entered into the MT GIS. If, despite this, a transaction with such a product is carried out, this is a violation of the labeling rules.

Due to the fact that the system now sees this category of violations, control and supervisory authorities will be able to carry out better monitoring of the turnover of goods, and this marker will allow conscientious entrepreneurs to effectively build work with the turnover of goods and avoid additional inspections by regulatory authorities, - said Anton Gushchansky.

Most violations in July were recorded in the Krasnodar Territory (141 thousand), the Moscow Region (119 thousand), Moscow (78 thousand), the Perm Territory (7.7 thousand) and the Ivanovo Region (7.5 thousand).

The CRPT reported that data on deviations are transferred to Rospotrebnadzor, the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The CRPT also works directly with violators who have identified deviations to eliminate similar situations in the future.

In addition to working with the provision of data to regional authorities, in 2022, the CRPT launched a project to provide information to manufacturers and importers. They relate to the movement of goods, their places of sale, average price and turnover.

CRPT is ready to begin labeling antiseptics from April 1, 2023

The national system of digital labeling of goods "Honest Sign" will be fully ready for the start of labeling antiseptics in accordance with the deadlines proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The CRPT company announced this on August 17, 2022.

Digital labeling of tobacco sticks will begin in Russia from March 1, 2022

Integration with TopLog WMS

Integration with "OFD.RU: Client's Personal Account"

On August 6, 2019, OFD.ru announced that it had implemented the possibility of registering the Client in the Honest SIGN marking system directly in the Client's Personal Account (LCC) OFD.ru. How the marking system works

As of August 2019, the Honest Sign is not only a system for marking and tracking goods at the enterprise level, but also a tool for public control. The application of the same name can already be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play and using a smartphone read the marking code from a specific product and get all the necessary information on it. If counterfeit is found, information is transmitted to regulatory authorities.

For product labeling, special control identification marks (PPE) are used: two-dimensional Data Matrix code or QR code. The codes used for marking include:

• Identification code that determines the item of the item in the system and the single catalog of items
• verification code (crypto-tail) generated by the CRPT.

The codes are issued for free, once, they are encrypted, and they cannot be forged. In addition to Data Matrix or QR codes, RFID tags are allowed. Ordinary barcodes within the framework of innovations are not convenient to use, since they are easy to fake, if damaged, they are not read by scanners and contain a minimum amount of information.

In order for the company to work with Data Matrix or QR codes, it will need a barcode scanner capable of reading 2D barcodes and appropriate software that will support information exchange between the company and FGIS. Therefore, for the warehouse logistics market, the issue of warehouse management automation using a modern WMS system is becoming more and more relevant, regardless of the scale and specifics of the business.

Marking of fur products

On March 19, 2019, it became known that in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 14, N270, on June 1, 2019, the information system for marking fur products will be transferred to the unified national system for marking and tracing goods "Honest Sign." Creation of a unified system of digital labeling of goods
