2022: "T1 Group" bought 75%

On July 6, 2022, it became known that T1 Group buys 75% of IT integrator Servionica from I-Teco. According to Kommersant, Servionica is needed by T1 Group as a structure that will serve computer equipment supplied to customers, especially in regions where the group is "planning expansion." According to the publication, the transaction cost amounted to 3.5 billion rubles.

{{quote "In the context of the termination of the supply of significant nomenclature of IT equipment, maintaining the existing infrastructure will be the number one task. We expect to extract additional advantages due to the synergy of client bases and competencies, - Igor Kalganov, General Director of T1 Group, told the publication. }} I-Teco confirmed the sale of the asset to the newspaper, but did not provide any comments. Prior to this transaction, T1 Group had a 25% stake in Servionica.

T1 Group buys 75% of IT integrator Servionica for 3.5 billion rubles

Experts interviewed by Kommersant believe that the trend of consolidation of integrators on the market will increase, and companies working with the digitalization of the public sector will benefit, because there "money is not transferred."

{{quote 'There are many tasks - both in terms of developing new solutions, and in terms of introducing Russian software and deploying new systems in departments, "said Nikolai Komlev, executive director of the Association of Computer and Information Technology Enterprises (APKIT). }} In his opinion, it is more risky to buy production and assembly assets in the current conditions, since the supply of key components to the Russian market is complicated due to sanctions.

Until February 24, 2022, when the Russian military special operation in Ukraine began, T1 Group also planned to acquire Aquarius Group of Companies in order to get a production asset at its disposal. But now the question of buying is no longer worth it. [1]

Earlier, Technoserv belonged to brothers Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, and later, after the division from joint businesses, it turned out to be concentrated in the hands of one of them - Alexei Ananyev. 40% of Technoserv in 2018 was transferred to VTB from its personal share, as then reported in the bank. The Ananyev brothers themselves went abroad amid problems and investigations by security forces related to their assets in Russia.

And in April 2020, a change in the corporate structure began at Technoserv. VTB transferred part of the assets to the structure of Sirocco Digital LLC, calling it a partner for further business development "Technoserv." In August, Sirocco Digital was renamed T1. According to Kontur. Fokus, Sirocco Technologies, which owns a 69.4% stake in T1, is 100% owned by Julia Mancos.

There is no public information about whose interests Julia Mankos acts in. A source close to VTB calls it a legally independent partner of the bank. Officially, VTB's connection with Technoserv has not yet been commented on by the bank.

In 2018, I-Teco Sberbank planned to jointly create a cloud platform SberCloud based on the company, SBKlaud but later Sberbank decided to do this independently on the basis of the company as part of its group. At the same time, the bank first retained its stake in SBKlaud, but left the company in 2020.

Ai-Teko confirmed to TAdviser that 25.01% of Servionica LLC shares were sold as part of the transaction, but chose not to disclose the full terms of the transaction.
