TAdviser comments
The total revenue of the 100 largest IT companies in Russia, included in the ranking of TAdviser100, exceeded the value of 1.35 trillion rubles, which is more than 200 billion rubles higher than the previous ranking.
The five leaders remained unchanged - these are Rostec (companies of the electronic cluster and NCI), National Computer Corporation (NCC), Lanit, Softline and Technoserv. In this group, only Technoserv showed a drop in revenue (-3.1%), while the rest of the companies showed steady growth - from 12.9 to 25.1%.
As a year earlier, these 5 leaders generate about 50% of the revenue of all participants in the TAdviser100 ranking. In total, their revenue for the year increased by 86 billion rubles.
The largest revenue growth (320%) was shown by Alager, which until recently belonged to 1C by 80%. Impressive revenue growth was shown by Atol and Unitech - Universal Technologies - 291.4% and 271.6%, respectively. At the same time, Unitech's indicators in 2016 increased from 20 million to 649 million rubles, in 2017 - to 2380 million rubles. Atol grew from 3435 million rubles in 2016 to 12,764 million rubles in 2017.
In general, last year 79 participants in the rating increased their revenue. One of these companies was once again the Borlas Group. According to its president, Alexei Ananyin, the company has been on the path of digitalization and business transformation in accordance with trends in the IT industry for several years.
Our team has already grown out of its traditional classical integrator functional structure. Today we are not so much suppliers of hardware and software as strategic partners in solving the business problems of our customers, as well as developers of business applications, - said Alexey Ananyin in an interview with TAdviser. |
ATI Group of Companies is also engaged in business transformation. As part of these transformations, a new group "Aplana" was formed, which included the companies "Logic of Business," "Advanced Self-Service Systems," "BOSS Personnel Systems," "Aplana," "ATI" and other consulting and service companies.
The core idea behind this transformation is that one of our goals is to create value for the company. At the same time, several scenarios are quite permissible - from the exchange to private investments or merging with someone who already has value. Analyzing the factors of value creation, we realized that the cost of the infrastructure and project business is highly discounted in relation to the volumes. And, for example, a business built on its own technologies will have a ratio much higher to revenue. The business, which is based on cloud services, is also highly appreciated. In addition, after analyzing the market development prospects, we realized that the infrastructure business will stagnate and become more competitive. Therefore, there was a strategy of focusing on software development, creating your own technologies and professional services, - said Tagir Yapparov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AiTi Group of Companies. |
The revenue of the FORCE group of companies increased by almost a quarter - from 10.3 to 12.8 billion rubles.
Last year, the volume of revenue from the sale of equipment almost equaled the volume of revenue from custom development, which happened for the first time in the history of the company's life. Thus, we also declared ourselves as a large system integrator - a supplier of hardware, - [1] said Yuri Zyatkov, executive director of FORCE - Development Center. |
Compared to the 2017 ranking, the new lost several large companies - Asteros (14th position in the 2017 ranking), Optima (17), AT Consulting (20). At the same time, the ranking was replenished with a number of new participants, which is why the positions of many companies "sagged" even despite revenue growth.
Soft loans from FRP for TAdviser rating participants
On May 29, 2018, it was announced that the Industry Development Fund was launching a lending program for enterprises introducing digital technologies, TASS reported, citing the head of the fund, Roman Petrutsa[1]. The lending rate will be from 1 to 5% per annum, depending on what equipment will be purchased by the borrower.
Within the framework of the program, we will give loans from 20 to 500 million rubles for up to 5 years. At the same time, the cost of projects should be at least 20 million rubles, and co-financing by the applicant should be at least 30% of the project budget. The interest rate will be from 1% to 5%, - the agency quotes the head of the fund. |
The rate of 1% per annum will be valid when purchasing domestic software worth more than 50% of the loan amount. The same preferential rate will be given if the company attracts a system integrator with a Russian registration as a key contractor, which is included in one of the ratings of the largest IT companies published on the resources of TAdviser, RBC or CNews, the news agency reports.
In other cases, the standard rate for the FRP will be 5%. At the same time, if you purchase not software, but equipment, the program has a restriction - a purchase is possible in the amount of no more than 40% of the loan amount.
The program is called "Digitalization of Industry" and should support not production, but optimization of existing industries through the introduction of digital technologies, Petrutsa noted.
Financing under the new program will be carried out in three main areas. The first is production management and database processing systems. The second is design and development systems, which include design and engineering analysis automation, machine tool and engineering data management, systems for creating a digital product or process twin, and enterprise lifecycle management systems. The third direction is new production technologies, implying the introduction of industrial robotic complexes and the installation of 3D printers.
