2022: Opening of the flagship medical center in Moscow

On September 20, 2022, the opening of the new flagship clinic of the Be Healthy network took place. The center with an area of ​ ​ more than 5 thousand square meters. m is located in Moscow at: Ryazansky Prospekt, 2B House. The clinic became the fourth in the capital and the tenth in Russia.

The clinic houses general and narrow doctors' offices, a day hospital, an operating unit, an exercise therapy room, a 24-hour hospital, a Wellness department, and a swimming pool with sea water. More than 50 units of expert-level medical equipment were purchased, the company said.

A C-arc is installed in the operating room - a mobile radiological apparatus that provides a high level of control over the conduct of operations. In the operating unit, it is planned to carry out a wide range of planned operations in the field of gynecology, urology, phlebology, traumatology, the advantage will be minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. In turn, the exercise therapy hall will be equipped with equipment intellectual with a control system, thanks to which people will be able to undergo active rehabilitation within the walls of the clinic in case of disorders of the functions of the musculoskeletal system, spine, joints, as well as after. The rehabilitation COVID-19 equipment fleet includes, for example, the Tergumed system, which allows functional training of all bodies and individual muscle groups. As well as equipment for back kinesiotherapy and multi-wave laser therapy (MLS), which allows you to recover from arthritises injuries, neuralgia, back and joint pain.

In addition to outpatient and polyclinic services (including dentistry), extensive diagnostic capabilities will also be offered (MRI, CT, MSCT, X-ray, etc.), examinations in a day hospital, pregnancy management, the services of its own network laboratory equipped with high-precision equipment, in particular automatic seeding robot WASP, etc. The laboratory analyzes more than 2000 samples for the network per day, offering more than 650 types of popular analyzes and more than 15 types of unique analyzes, as well as urgent analyzes with execution from 30 minutes.

In addition to updating the fleet of medical equipment, the increase in the manufacturability of "Be Healthy" was reflected in the launch of a number of projects. So, for patients "Be Healthy" a mobile application has been introduced that will allow you to make an appointment or examination according to the treatment plan, as well as see the results of tests and examinations, get acquainted with information about specialists and their work schedule, go to the appointment without standing in line near the reception.

The service "Personal Assistant" is offered, which will help to sign up for specialists, bypassing the call center, build competent logistics, optimizing the time of visits to the clinic, talk about special offers, book a place in the parking lot, etc.

In the opening of the flagship clinic, the Health Monitor service was presented. This is a compact complex of devices for express diagnostics and telecommunication communication with specialists, which allows you to draw up a health passport in 10-15 minutes. The complex will find its application for conducting a check-up of the health of office employees in order to prevent morbidity, including by insurance companies, to assess before concluding VHI contracts, as well as at home to monitor the health indicators of patients with chronic diseases and regularly communicate with the attending physician. In general, the "Health Monitor" allows you to save money and time through the use of telecommunication channels and the prompt receipt of conclusions and referrals from a specialist.

2007: Acquisition of 100% stake by OSAO Ingosstrakh

On April 17, 2007, it became known that Ingosstrakh OSAO acquired 100% of the Be Healthy network of medical clinics from its former founders. This is stated in the message of Ingosstrakh. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

According to Ingosstrakh CEO Alexander Grigoriev, the acquisitions are related to the implementation of a three-year project to create its own network of medical institutions to provide services under voluntary health insurance contracts. Ingosstrakh invests over $100 million in this project over three years.

Ingosstrakh plans to create a network of health facilities consisting of 24 clinics. In 2007, it is planned to open one new clinic, in 2008 - seven, in 2009 - fourteen clinics.
