2022: Launch of a service for settling losses on casco and OSAGO based on a chatbot in Telegram

On November 16, 2022, the SOGAZ Insurance Group announced the launch of the SogazRuBot chat bot, which allows customers to settle the insurance event on a casco without visiting the office, as well as submit an online application for an OSAGO settlement.

With the help of this service, customers can online report an insured event, send documents about the event and find out about its decision. Under the Casco policy, the insurance event can be settled remotely, while the client can receive a direction for repairs directly in the chat. Under the OSAGO policy, SOGAZ specialists will register an appeal, check the sent materials, and then invite them to the office to inspect the vehicle and provide the original documents out of turn.

Thus, this functionality allows customers to save time on the settlement of losses on auto insurance and minimizes the number of visits to the insurance company.

The chatbot works around the clock and on November 16, 2022 is available to customers whose insurance event occurred in one of the following regions (their number is regularly replenished):
