The total number of contracts concluded by Airplane in 2023 increased by 61% and amounted to 39.2 thousand. The share of contracts concluded with the participation of mortgage funds reached 89%.

In addition, it is reported that the turnover of the Airplane Plus platform for 2023 amounted to 745.1 billion rubles, the volume of furniture sales through Airplane Plus - 20.7 billion rubles. And the total number of signed offices "Airplane Plus" exceeded 1500.

According to her, the developer in 2023 achieved record levels due to:

2022: Revenue growth by 49% to RUB 194.9 billion

The revenue of the development group "Airplane" in 2022 increased by 49% compared to 2021 and reached 194.9 billion rubles. Net profit increased even more - by 57%, to 22.2 billion rubles. The company published its financial and operating results on February 10, 2023.

According to reports, at the end of 2022, Samolet recorded cash receipts in the amount of 183.5 billion rubles, which is 54% more than a year ago. The volume of sales of primary real estate increased by 42% and amounted to 178.9 billion rubles (1067.1 thousand square meters) compared to 126.4 billion rubles (804.6 thousand square meters) in 2021. Sales of the first residential real estate increased by 45%, to 171 billion rubles (1029.2 thousand square meters).

The average price per square meter for 2022 amounted to 166.2 thousand rubles, an increase of 10% on an annualized basis. The share of contracts concluded with the participation of mortgage funds was 82% against 73% in 2021.

During the year, we continued to improve our product and offered customers favorable mortgage conditions, which allowed us to increase the number of transactions made using mortgage funds to 88% in the 4th quarter. At the same time, in the projects of "Airplane" not just an apartment with decoration is included in the mortgage payment - 95% of transactions include the cost of the kitchen, and about 30% of transactions are in apartments with full furniture, - said Natalya Groznova, Deputy General Director of the "Airplane" Group for Economics and Finance.

He also noted that by the end of 2022, the company increased its share in the real estate market in the Moscow region to 17% from 12% a year earlier, and also entered the top 4 developers in the North-West region.

The turnover (GMV) of the Airplane Plus platform in January-December 2022 reached 337 billion rubles, of which 202 billion rubles were allocated for the sale of primary real estate, including Airplane projects, and 135 billion rubles for the secondary.^[2]

2021

Revenue growth by 113%, to 131 billion rubles

The Samolet Group completed 2021 with revenue of 131 billion rubles, which is 113% more than a year earlier. Real estate sales during this time increased by 112%, to 126.4 billion rubles (in physical terms - 804.6 thousand square meters). The developer published such data on January 26, 2022.

In 2021, Avtomol's revenue, taking into account the results of SPB Renovation (purchased in December 2021), increased by 134% to 144.2 billion rubles, and real estate sales reached 139.2 billion rubles (896.8 thousand sq. M.).

The cash receipts of the aircraft in 2021 increased by 103% and reached 119.3 billion rubles. The total area of ​ ​ real estate on sale amounted to 1322 thousand square meters. m, which is 18% more than a year earlier (1082 thousand square meters);

Sales of secondary real estate throughout Russia through the Airplane + platform (which since December 2021 includes the Perspektiva 24 network of agencies) amounted to 96 billion rubles.

In 2021, Samolet commissioned 701,100 square meters. m of real estate, which is 297% more compared to 2020. The share of concluded contracts involving mortgage funds increased by 6 percentage points to 79%.

Commenting on the results, the general director of Avtomol Anton Elistratov called 2021 for the group "breakthrough" and noted a couple of key events for the developer:

• on the Moscow Stock Exchange, Samolet became the fastest growing company in 2021;
• presentation of Aircraft's long-term development strategy.

To implement it, the company launched new lines of business and thanks to the acquisition of new assets, such as SPB Renovation, Perspektiva 24, Вместе.ру, Rerooms and others, Samolet goes beyond the traditional development business and the Moscow region and follows the path of transformation into a proptech corporation.^[3]

Sales growth of 78% in the first half of the year

According to the results of the first half of 2021, the group reported on the growth of housing sales by 78%, to 45 billion rubles, and net profit by 4.6 times, to 3.15 billion rubles. 2019: Airplane Group increased revenue by 32% for 2019

• Net debt amounted to 13.5 billion rubles. as a result of the transition to project financing, the successful placement of the issue of bonds for 3 billion rubles. and the closure of several transactions to buy out the cash flows of partners - owners of land plots.
• Net profit amounted to 864.3 million rubles. The decrease compared to 2018 (2.4 billion rubles) is due to the conservative accounting policy on the accrual of reserves, which in the future will provide stable financial indicators, as well as an increase in non-monetary financial expenses.
• According to the results of 2019, sales amounted to 47.6 billion rubles, which is 8.2% higher than in 2018.
• The average sale price in Moscow and the Moscow region increased by 16% YoY and amounted to 98 thousand rubles. per sq. m.

Getting the data of thousands of partners and employees into the public domain

Unknown attackers have made publicly available the database of one of the largest Russian developers - the Samolet group. The published database contains more than 20,500 unique lines, the in2security Telegram channel, which specializes in covering major information leaks, reported on January 15, 2023.

It is alleged that the main array is represented by the counterparties of the Aircraft, but there is also information about more than 4,000 employees of the company.

Despite the seeming insignificance of the data: full name, mail, phone, taking into account the specifics of the work of the group of companies, they can be used in man in the middle scenarios, because the database contains information about the status of a partner or employee of the company, full name of the manager, phones, positions, and so on, - said in the message in2security.

It also says that the published information contains data for the period from February 2021 to April 2022. Samolet itself and Roskomnadzor by January 16, 2023 did not comment on the leak of information.

The leakage of these counterparties and employees of the "aircraft" became known against the background of a large-scale digital transformation, which is carried out by the group. One of the programs is called eDevelopment Tech - this is the digitalization of channels of interaction with the company's clients. The goal of the development of digital services in the sales segment will be to create an infrastructure for the ability to carry out an online transaction around the clock from anywhere in the world in just 30 minutes. The next stage will be the creation of a single system in which the client can not only buy housing or issue a mortgage, but also rent or sell an apartment, interact with a management company, buy smart home and smart apartment services, communicate with neighbors, purchase goods and services.^[4]

In September 2021, a new shareholder appeared in the Samolet development group, which is being built mainly in the Moscow region. 2020: Placement of 5.1% of shares on the stock exchange
