Atsaeros (A) - the Russian developer of IT solutions and service provider for a segment of mass remote service using voice and text robots. Offices of the company are placed in Moscow and Perm. The company was founded in 2014.

Key clients of automatic telephone exchange are the airports and airlines to which the automatic telephone exchange renders services in processing of the incoming traffic of help desks and hot lines. Among clients - Koltsovo Airports, Strigino, Kurumoch, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, airlines Nordavia, "Nordstar" Transaero. Since 2017 the city contact center DIT of Moscow uses the system recognition and speech synthesis of automatic telephone exchange as the virtual call center operator.

2019: The Sovcombank purchased 25% of the company

In April, 2019 the Sovcombank announced purchase of 25% of automatic telephone exchange. It robotizes call centers of the largest companies of the country, including Sovcombank. With bank, in particular, cooperation is conducted since 2017.

When the client calls in call center of bank, it is answered by the robot closing the same situations in which the person follows a standard script. Unusual situations are still processed by living operators, but such situations become less, note in Sovcombank.

Investment is necessary for expansion of development team and improvement of the platform of artificial intelligence. The Sovcombank acts as exclusively financial investor, and will not participate in operational management by the company, - the chairman of the board of Sovcombank Dmitry Gusev explained.

Since 2014-2017 revenue of automatic telephone exchange showed stable growth. The company says that with assistance of Sovcombank are going to bring artificial intelligence of the solutions to essentially new level.

Automatic telephone exchange not the only technology company where the Sovcombank purchased a share for the last few years. So, in October 2018 the GMCS company which is engaged in implementation of business solutions and software development left the structure of Maykor and joined group of Sovcombank. Bank for 500 million rubles purchased 100% of shares of GMCS Management. A basic reason of acquisition the Sovcombank in the quarterly statement called gain of a team of IT specialists of bank.

Since November, 2018 Sovcombank from shares about 75% of authorized capital are registered as the cofounder of the BTE company specializing in service support and delivery of ATMs, POS terminals, the cash equipment. Read more here.
