City Clinical Hospital No. 1 Novosibirsk

The state budgetary healthcare institution "City Clinical Hospital No. 1" (GBUZ NSO "GKB No. 1") was created to carry out work, provide services in order to ensure the implementation of the powers of state authorities of the Novosibirsk Region in the field of health protection provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The institution carries out the following main activities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation:

• medical activities;
• activities related to the circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, cultivation of drug-containing plants;
• activities related to sources of ionizing radiation and short-acting radioisotopes, including their placement, operation, maintenance, storage, provision of dosimetric inspection services for stationary protective equipment against ionizing radiation (generating), including on a contractual basis;
• carrying out work with pathogens of infectious diseases;
• pharmaceutical activities;
• protection of state secrets.

On behalf of the Novosibirsk Region, the rights of the owner within the competence established by law are exercised by the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region, the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the Department of Property and Land Relations of the Novosibirsk Region and the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region.

History

2022: Radiotherapy Centre

Since April 2022, the Center for Radiation Therapy has been located on the territory of the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 .

2016: Reorganization

In accordance with the order of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region dated May 31, 2016 No. 169-rp "On the reorganization of the State Budgetary Health Institution of the Novosibirsk Region" City Clinical Hospital No. 1 "The institution was reorganized in the form of joining the State Budgetary Health Institution of the Novosibirsk Region" State Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Diagnostic Center. 2012: Acceptance into state ownership of the Novosibirsk Region

According to the order of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region dated December 5, 2012 No. 415-rp, the State Budgetary Health Institution of the Novosibirsk Region "City Clinical Hospital No. 1" was taken into state ownership of the Novosibirsk Region from the municipal property of the city of Novosibirsk.

2002: Renamed City Clinical Hospital# 1

In accordance with the order of the Department of Land and Property Relations of Novosibirsk and the Health Department of the Novosibirsk City Hall of October 18, 2002, the Institution was renamed the Municipal Health Institution "City Clinical Hospital No. 1."

1994: Establishment of Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 1

The institution was created in 1994 as the Municipal Health Institution "Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 1" by the Health Department of the City Hall and the Department of Property Management of Novosibirsk.
