EstateGuru is an international platform that provides peer-to-peer (P2P) loans and offers flexible conditions for borrowers and a high percentage of profits for investors.

History

2021: Attracting €5.8 million of investments

The TMT Investments Venture Fund was the lead investor in a round of financing to the international EstateGuru platform, which provides loans on real estate collateral. Also participating in the round were: the Swiss venture capital fund Verve Ventures and J&T Ventures, the venture capital division of the Czech investment bank J & T. The amount of investments amounted to €5.8 million, including funds raised through the Seedrs platform.

Through the EstateGuru platform, you can get a loan in the amount of 20,000 to 3,000,000 euros, and the maximum LTE coefficient, which is used by banks in calculating the amount of a possible loan, is 75%. As of September 2021, the interest rate on loans is 12.1% per annum, and the percentage of non-return is 0%. Another of the main qualities of EstateGuru is the speed of decision-making and the flexibility of loan conditions.

EstateGuru shows an annual increase of more than 300%. As of September 2021, the platform is working with 92,193 investors from 109 countries, and 2,622 loans were issued in the amount of 414 812 640 euros.
