A criminal case was opened against the ex-head Armen Benyan

Appointment as head of Sergei Vdovenko

Aslanbek Mairamukaev sentenced to 9.5 years of strict regime

The deputy head of the Samara Ministry of Health was accused of taking a bribe of 15 million rubles
The Investigative Department of the TFR in the Samara Region opened a new criminal case against the regional deputy minister of health - the head of the department of pharmacy "of medical equipment and logistics Aslanbek Mairamukaev. We are talking about the commission of a crime under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe on an especially large scale). Deputy Minister of Health arrested
In early August 2023, the Samara Zheleznodorozhny District Court arrested Aslanbek Mairamukaev, Deputy Minister of Health of the Samara Region, for a month, who is accused of fraud by an organized group or on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation two episodes). 2022
A businessman suspected of fraud in the supply of computers to medical institutions was arrested in Samara
In October 2022, a criminal case was initiated against businessman Soslan Beriev under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code. At the same time, the entrepreneur was placed in a pre-trial detention center, where he will stay at least until January 17, 2023. Read more here.

2020: Armen Benyan appointed to the post of Minister of the Samara Ministry of Health
On July 8, 2020, Armen Benyan took office as Minister of Health of the Samara Region. He replaced Mikhail Ratmanov, who in April went on a promotion to the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA). 2018
Completion of the investigation and transfer of the case of the SMT director to the court
On April 3, 2018, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region announced the completion of the investigation of a criminal case of commercial bribery and conspiracy as part of a tender for the maintenance of medical equipment. The investigator collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with which the materials of the criminal case with the approved indictment were transferred to the federal court of the Samara district of Samara, the department said.
The main defendants are the director of the SMT Sergey Shatilo and his deputy Alexei Sankeev, another 5 accused are involved in the case as accomplices. Read more here.
Indictment in the case of the director of SMT
On March 29, 2018, it became known that the Prosecutor's Office of the Samara Region approved the indictment in a criminal case of commercial bribery and conspiracy as part of a tender for the maintenance of medical equipment. The accused in the case are the director of the Modern Medical Technologies company, which is implementing a project in Samara for the construction of the Heart Clinic cardiac surgery center, Sergei Shatilo, his deputy Alexei Sankeev, Deputy Minister of Health of the region Albert Navasardyan and four other people. 1918-1946
The health department within the region was subordinate to the executive committee of the Kuibyshev Regional Council of Workers, Peasants and Red Army Deputies (since 1940 - Workers' Deputies for their main activities - People's Commissariat of Health of the RSFSR, since 1946 - to the USSR Ministry of Health).
On the basis of the regional health department, the Kuibyshev regional health department arose. Tentatively - this is February 1937 (the book of orders until February 1 is kept mainly on behalf of the Regional Health Department, and from February 1 already the Regional Health Department).
In December 1936, in connection with the adoption of the new Constitution of the USSR and the transformation of the Kuibyshev Territory into the Kuibyshev Region, the regional institutions of state power and administration were reorganized into regional ones.
The first information about the activities of the provincial health department is mentioned in archival documents in November 1918.
