Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Development of the Novosibirsk Region (Ministry of Industry and Trade of the NSO) is the regional executive body of state power of the Novosibirsk region, carrying out state administration, regulatory legal and control (supervisory) regulation in the field of industry, trade, entrepreneurship within the powers established by federal legislation and the legislation of the Novosibirsk region, as well as coordination and control over the activities of subordinate state unitary enterprises of the Novosibirsk region and state institutions of the Novosibirsk region.

The Ministry is the authorized executive body of state power of the Novosibirsk Region to form a list of trade facilities (territories) located on the territory of the Novosibirsk Region and subject to categorization in the interests of their anti-terrorist protection, determine the criteria for including (excluding) trade facilities (territories) in the specified list and monitor the provision of anti-terrorist protection of trade facilities (territories) located on the territory of the Novosibirsk Region.
