2019: Thoma Bravo purchased ConnectWise
At the end of February, 2019 Thoma Bravo announced ConnectWise purchase. The cost of the transaction is not published. The ChannelE2E edition writes that could pay about $1.5 billion for Thoma Bravo. The transaction is closed on February 28.
