2018: Growth of revenue by 39% to $86.2 million
In 2018 revenue of Attunity made $86.2 million, having increased by 39% of rather previous year. Sales of software licenses reached $52.5 million, and the rest of income fell on support services.
History
2019: Qlik purchased Attunity for $560 million
On February 21, 2019 Qlik announced acquisition of Attunity for $560 million. All amount will be paid from own means of the buyer (a part of money will provide banks Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs), i.e. without attraction of its actions.
Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Attunity will receive $23.5 for each security belonging to them that is 18% more than a quotation rate to closing of the exchange on the eve of the declaration of the transaction. After the declaration of sale of Attunity of a stock of the Israeli software developer rose in price for 17.3% up to $22.38, the Reuters agency notes.
It is going execute all formalities concerning Attunity purchase by Qlik company in the second quarter 2019. After that the shares Attunity will cease to be traded at the exchange, and the company will become private.

Qlik notes that purchase of Attunity along with acquisition of Podium Data and a product yield of Qlik Data Catalyst will allow to give to clients cross-platform opportunities of stream transfer for the purpose of development of the cloud analytical tools working in real time.
J.P. Morgan Securities entered the only financial advisor of Attunity in the transaction with Qlik, and Goldfarb Seligman & Co and Davis Polk & Wardwell advised the sold company on legal issues.[1]
